I purchased a unit online at a specific rate which had more than doubled recently. I didn’t see anything about it being promotional. I also didn’t see any mention of a promo in my agreement, but it did say it was subject to change so you can say they were “covered”. I did get a “heads up” notice. Initially this would have been a 1-Star but Dan saved it!
Dan was extremely helpful! He helped explain what had happened and was able to make some last minute adjustments for me. Although i don’t have the original price offered, Dan did help.

Dan went above and beyond for customer service. We were trying to find a storage unit close to our house and he delivered. At first he looked through his system and nothing was showing available even though it showed online. After we left Dan kept on trying to figure out the problem and he did. Found out they still had a unit available and he called me right away and we were able to acquire a unit. Thank you for the help Dan!
