Zero stars wasn't an option. This bank couldn't even cash their own check! They wasted my entire lunch hour and still couldn't help me. If you're looking for good honest service, look elsewhere because this place sucks!

I went into their bank account program as a 16 year old and ever since then for 4 years they haven't done Jack. At that time when your first paycheck matters as a young adult, they first charged me $50 dollars worth of checks that you never use cause who uses checks anymore in this day of age. And don’t bother getting a credit card cause it took me longer than 2 years to get mine. I didn’t have a pleasant experience with them at all.

BEST bank ever! I’ve banked with them for approximately 15 yrs and their customer service is great.
