We recently used Red Door for our 40th Class reunion. The event center was the perfect intimate setting for our group. The elegant touch of the space is what I like most. The table settings already beautifully arranged, made it easy for us to jump right into adding our personal decor touches. It made the setup process effortless and allowed us to focus on creating a memorable experience for everyone. We had a last minute change, Gail with no hesitation accommodated us. Highly recommend for any gathering where ease and elegance are a priority. The bar tender she provided, Shanna Thomas-owner of Hey Shuga Bartending was professional all through the night. I have used this location myself twice as the hostess and have also been to this location on numerous occasions as a guest. I have no need to look any further for an intimate location, now that I have found Red Door Event Suite.

Love, love, love Gail’s space! She is so personable and really understands your needs. Her space is so beautiful and she can do whatever you want. I highly recommend her space! And she has soooo many things to rent for whatever your needs are! Thanks Gail!

Red Door Event Suite is The perfect place for your next event. I’ve personally used their services to host a couple different events. One at Christmas and another event for a 100 people last Spring. Gail was amazing and by far exceeded my expectations. The room looked incredible. I highly recommend Gail and Red Door Event Suite!!!

Gail is a wonderful host that provides a wonderful experience to our event needs. This place is wonderful for hosting a business conference and parties. The staff is top notch and provides an experience where you can enjoy your party. We will definitely be using red door for future gatherings.

Recently, we hosted our 30-year class reunion at Red Door, and while Gail exceeded our expectations with her fabulous upscale decor, we unfortunately encountered an issue with the air conditioning. It was obvious it was not functioning properly, leaving us and our guests feeling miserable. Instead of receiving an apology or a clear explanation, we were simply told that it was fine before all these people and caterers showed up with burners for the food. My mind was blown at that point because I thought this is what you do right? Don’t people and caters come here for events. I was so confused by that statement.
As the night progressed, I found myself apologizing to our classmates while trying to cool off by fanning myself. Guests were going outside to cool off and it was 90 degrees outside. Gail appeared visibly frustrated, mirroring our own frustration. While we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, communication is key. The lack of communication from Gail was disheartening, especially considering the amount of time and money we poured into the event. We hired our own bar service, catering, Dj, and photographer so I can’t speak on what her vendors are like. On a positive note, the 360 photo service she provided was exceptional.
Effective communication and accountability from the venue owner during our event could have significantly improved the overall experience for all attendees. The absence of such left a negative impact on many guests and likely resulted in a loss of potential future business for the owner.

We had our 30yr class reunion at Red Door event room. The decor was amazing Ms Gail really did a great job with the decor. The location was convenient. We had some last minute changes which she did accommodate. Downside was we had no air or limited air this may not have been an issue if it was Oct or November but in July it was very hot. Which turned and amazing event a little sour. She did pull a small oscillating fan and put it in the back by the kitchen, however it did not i t to cool. It appeared as if Ms. Gail was frustrated but offered no explanation or anything to our group I’m big on accountability so this was major for me. Outside of the air incident it was great! The room states it holds 75 people I would t suggest you push it to that number if you plan to dance at all.

We rented the space for a special themed BDay party and would highly recommend it. We had 30-40 guests and it was more than accomodating. Parking is a bit limited but the event space was great. We used our own decorations and they were very easy to work with. We used their speaker and TV as well as ambiance lighting around the room. Only reason for the 4 vs 5 was the ice chest provided had to be cleaned it would be nice if there was more than one toilet. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend it and would use again without hesitation.

Incredibly impressed with the way my wedding reception turned out at Red Door.The venue was beautiful and had several useful amenities, and at a very fair price. Gail and her staff decorated the room to perfection and it was just as I had imagined it when I saw it for the first time. She also had many great recommendations as far as caterers, bartender etc. which helped make planning a breeze. Whether you're hosting an event for 20 or 70, I highly recommend Red Door Event Suite!
