They do decent work at a fair price. But they run the place like its 1940. Appointments do not mean anything and customer facing service is horrible starting with the owner. It is not worth the trade off.

Fair prices and honest people and up front about everything. They find affordable solutions to problems that aren't necessarily just plug and play. Only problem anymore is they're so popular it's hard to get in and out like you used to.

I won’t bore you with the troubles caused by GMC. I will let you know that my 2018 GMC Yukon’s engine blew with 81k miles and needed replaced. Scheer Automotive and Tyler were recommended via word of mouth and boy did they help. Got the engine removed and replaced in a timely manner and did an excellent job. The new engine only has 20 miles on it and has a 3 year and 100,000 miles warranty. Thank you Scheer Automotive and team for taking care of my family.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Good, honest people who are also very knowledgeable. I had an issue with the transfer case in my Jeep Grand Cherokee where it was borderline undrivable. I took it to another place in town who quoted me north of $7k to fix the issue and said they would have to just completely replace the transfer case and everything associated with it.
I took it to Scheer and the same morning I dropped it off, they let me know that they ran some tests and figured out they just needed to replace the control module for the transfer case, which was $450. Needless to say, I won't be taking my family's vehicles anywhere else, highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The first time I brought my car in, they had it fixed the same day—and charged me a quarter of what other shops quoted. A quarter!
Today, I brought my wife’s car in with a minor issue. The guy literally walked out, diagnosed it on the spot, and fixed it—for free. Other places wanted $250 just to look at it. He easily could’ve taken my keys and charged me something, but he didn’t. That kind of honesty is rare.
These guys know their stuff and they treat people right. As long as I’ve got a car, this is where it’s going.

Very willing to work with you and turn around times are quick and efficient. Had a complication issue with lots of behind the scenes things going on and they cut through the BS and got my truck back to me. Great shop to work with and will be back.

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop! They are fair, fast and honest. My car was quoted almost double than Scheer charged and they fixed a belt. It means the world to be able to rely on the word and work of an automotive mechanic as a single woman. Highly recommend
