The whole experience was great and I really appreciated the video updates. Scott made everything feel very personalized without taking up a lot of time on the phone or meetings. He and his team were easy to communicate with the entire time. The only thing that didn’t go as planned was the last minute “review” where I got a call 10 minutes before our scheduled closing to tell us that there was an issue with naming conventions (we did a 1031 exchange). This was 72 hours after getting the “clear to close” email, and apparently this last minute hiccup is not uncommon from what we heard. We still closed later in the day and had to rush some additional paperwork, but Scott stayed on it even on a Friday to help get to the finish line. I would do business with Scott and his team again!
