This storage facility is amazing. I feel like my stuff is safe and the property manager takes the time to get to know you and is always available to help. I wouldn’t want to store my things anywhere else!

The on-site manager is very accommodating. The one issue I had --caused by me--was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction.
I really like the idea of having an on-site manager physically present during the day.

DO. NOT. RENT. HERE.
This place has been nothing but an inconvenience since the moment I leased a unit. I had proof and an email stating my monthly rent would be $92. It clearly stated the unit number. They tried to claim it was for a different unit even though it was plainly stated with the correct one. They said it was a “mistake” and upped it to $148 after I’d already moved in. I had to speak to the supervisor and she did absolutely nothing. They’ve also raised the rates THREE times since I rented. It’s now gone all the way up to $220 when I signed for $92/month. I should’ve just gone to another place but had already moved the entirety of my possessions into it.
This place was HORRIBLE.
