I haven't moved in yet, but after touring one of the buildings, I'm very impressed with the cleanliness. The manager, Will, was a breath of fresh air. He was very helpful and answered all of my concerns.
As a side note, I'm pulling my items from a different storage facility and taking them to SecurCare.

Stephanie in the office was the sweetest and so accommodating and really worked with me while trying to get a storage cleaned out during bad weather.
