Poor communication. Previously sent an email asking a simple question and didn’t receive a response for 2+ weeks. Only got a email response once I called about it. Recently called for a home insurance quote and was told I’d get a call back from someone in the office and never received a call back.

The Allstate auto insurance had the best rates, so I switched from Statefarm.
However the app itself is downright bad. The user experience leaves a lot to be desired, the drivewise feature is turned on by default.
Also, reg this agency, they never pick up my calls or respond promptly to emails most of the time. When they do answer my calls, the employee gives me their direct line.
When I reach out on the direct line next time, a new employee has come in and they're clueless about my previous correspondence over phone.
The employee renege rate appears to be very bad here.
I have canceled my policy with the company. But I would have remained if :
1) The app was better.
2) The agency was more prompt and responsive.
But sadly, I'll have to switch to a different carrier with a better agency.
