Me and my fiancé took our dog, Bo, here to have him trained, and I was very disappointed. I would advise people to stay away from this place and take your money elsewhere. You can honestly look up dog training videos and do it yourself in the comfort of your own home rather than take your dog to this unkept and poorly managed facility.
Just today, our dog was attacked by other dogs (that were “well trained”) at the facility, our dog was just simply playing with other dogs. They try to convince you that your dog is better off to play with other trained dogs, that is not necessarily true. Our dog does better with “untrained” dogs because their owners actually care about what their dogs do. Sadly, our dog left the facility with scratches and limping as their employees were not supervising anything.

Very happy with the training. I've had two classes with Lukas and I can tell a huge difference already!

Lukas at Sit Means Sit did and an awesome job with our two dogs, both doodles. Within two weeks, we've seen major improvement in their behavior and responsiveness. We can't recommend him highly enough.

I’ve had a great experience so far. My puppy is 6 months and has so much energy. After 2 private lessons I’m already seeing major improvements. We went to our first group class today and even with the distractions he did better than expected! Looking forward to continuing his training with Sit Means Sit! Thank you Lukas!

We took both our dogs for training with Lukas! He was so good with both of them. In 2 sessions he had them healing, staying and minding us individually. It was a great experience. I highly recommend him and this program. I have done other programs with other dogs and have never had our dogs doing this well.

Great training and support, group classes for continued discipline and improvements. Great environment to help teach your dog to ignore multiple types of distractions.
As we progressed to the advanced class, we have learned additional disciplines and signaling to help my dog and I communicate with our body language. Now, I can tell him what to do without even speaking aloud.
Would highly recommend for pups with behavioral problems of any kind. It helps them build confidence and learn what is expected of them, and my confidence that my pup will do what I tell him to do.

I recommend Lucas and Anna every where we go! My 1 year old Black Lab, Niko, stopped pulling on his leash after our first lesson. His pulling was so bad before that that I had to have him on a face leader. Niko hated it! After that first lesson we never had to use it again! After our second lesson we never had to use a leash again! I never thought that that could be my dog in the stores, parks, and trails OFF LEASH.
When I first started searching for training I knew that I wanted to find someone who would teach me how to train my dog rather than them train my dog for me. I didn’t want my Niko to form a bond with his “trainer” rather than me. That’s exactly what Lucas and Anna offer. They train you how to train your dog. I have noticed that mine and Nikos bond has gotten so much greater since we’ve been training together. He looks to me for his guidance and instruction. That’s exactly what I wanted.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sit Means Sit! Moose is such a hyperactive girl & has always been so defiant. Anna taught me how to handle Moose so we can both enjoy everyday activities. Our household has completely changed just from the two sessions we had with Anna! I’m excited to go to the group classes to keep up on new training skills.

I got a 14 week Belgian Malinois Dakota. He became a lot to handle very quickly. So off to school for him. I checked in to several places in OKC area then picked Sit Means Sit in Edmond. Lucas and Anna have been great. Lucas has given Dakota and me the lessons we needed to survive together. I no longer feel like my dog is going to attack me. Now we have bigger better and more fun things to work on. Dakota is 5 months now and I have been with Lucas for 2 lessons. Dakota is a much better dog. Now we can do drills an show off inside Lowes, the Grocery Store and walking around. There program really changed my life with my dog.
Thanks Lucas and Anna

Several month ago I agreed to take on a very skittish, frightened dog who had been described as difficult. I’ve trained many generations of dogs, but this one was not responding to my level of training knowledge. She was afraid of blankets, wash cloths, brooms, etc, and her quality of life was sad because she lived in fear.
A friend of mine referred me and spoke very highly of the instructors at SMSOKC, and he did caution me that an electric collar would be used as part of the training process. I admit that I was a little skeptical and had a negative perception of what I thought those collars were like. It was very helpful to me during the first lesson when I had one of the colors in my hand, so I would feel exactly what my dog felt. That reassured me that it wasn’t about inflicting pain, but rather distracting my dog from her imagined fears. Anytime I press the button she understands that I am there for her and communicating to her that everything is okay. The strangest part is that the link between the collar and the leash provided has really bonded my dog to me. She gives me more affection and really seems to enjoy the distraction of the collar. When I first began walking her months ago, we would not even make it half a block without her being paralyzed in fear. After one full lesson, we made it half a mile! And she really enjoys the walk now. And all this has led to a major increase of snuggles from her.
In addition to being skeptical about the collar, the price seemed expensive for such a short amount of instruction time. What I learned after two lessons is the importance of my time! By doing homework in between sessions, my dog made such excellent progress that I see a greater value in what I’m paying for. Why would I want to drive to 20 lessons when I can just drive to two amazing ones and do some work at home. As a former educator, I see value in working smarter and keeping it very simple, and that’s how these lessons are built.
I’m in awe of how fast my dog and learned and just how much she has taken to me. I highly recommend Sit Means Sit OKC!!!

I highly recommend taking your dog here for training! My dog had bad separation anxiety and would bark in his crate all day when I was at work. After just one training session, he went perfectly into his crate and just sleeps the whole time I’m gone now! The crazy part is, we didn’t even work specifically on crate training. The confidence he gained and the trust we built after that first session completely changed him for the better. If you’re skeptical, go for it! It’s 1000% worth it!
