Just went to check in for the 5:15 appoint I scheduled earlier today and the lady at the front said oh you don’t have an appointment. She didn’t check the computer or anything just said the other girl went home and you don’t have an appointment and said she didn’t have time to cut my hair. Will never go back there again.

It may be Smart style but it’s run by stupid people. I tried to get a haircut months ago as a walk-in. I was told they are too busy and that I should make an appointment. This morning I made a haircut appointment for 5:00 this evening (an hour before they closed). Upon arriving 15 minutes early, I was told that they close at 5:00… “on Mondays, we’ll everyday”. Although the website stated a 6:00 closing. They had my phone number and a smart person would call the client to let them know.Obviously this person can’t look past her own face to see that someone was counting on a haircut at 5:00. She was able to pick her son up as scheduled but had no regard for my time or schedule.Walmart—you’re better than this!!!

Two times in a row we have scheduled an appointment, and two times in a row, the ONLY stylist has closed minutes beforehand for lunch. Look, I get that she deserves a lunch break, but why do they even accept appointments during the time? Why does she not schedule her lunch around her appointments? Why does she not notify us via the app or email that our appointment is postponed an hour? They do a good job on my teenager's hair here, but is it worth the time we've spent waiting at one of my least favorite places in the world? I'm not really sure. SuperCuts is down the road, and they do a decent job at a lower price with a shorter wait. I have stuff to do, but here I am, waiting at Walmart for the SOLO stylist to return from her lunch so we can get this done. An hour late. Again.

Julie Caine has been doing my hair for 6 years and she always provides the best services. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing product and how to cut/style different hair types. She has a glowing personality and always makes me feel special when I sit in her chair. She truly takes the time to make sure I am satisfied with my experience. Julie Caine is a great hairstylist! She spent the afternoon patiently rolling all of my hair up for my perm. My hair is really thick and it takes awhile to roll all of it up. My hair looks beautiful and amazing! My perms last a long time when she does them. She really knows what she is doing. And she has a fun personality that makes you enjoy going back to her. Not recommended. You can spend your money at better place. If you are visiting regular here, maybe you get a better service!!I booked appointment online for haircut,shampoo& styling, arrived 7mins early & Waited 15mins. Donta did shampoo & haircut, left my hair dripping wet, not even towel dried but ready to check me out. Until I said that I booked for hair styling too which leaded to a lady to do hairstyling, which she started with cold iron and finished in no time with a unfinished look. Didn’t even asked me how it looks before keeping hairspray ON.

This place is not run efficiently. The stylist apparently brought her kid as well...My appointment was at 12:00. They open at 12:00. I waited for about 10 minutes and still no one had shown up. By 12:20 it was open and when I checked in, she asked if I had an appointment and I said I was the 12:00 appointment. After I checked in I was told I was gonna have to wait another 15 minutes. I just said I was going to have to reschedule. The lady said fine have a nice day. No apologies, when would I like to reschedule, nothing. I would not recommend this place at all! Maybe at least not on the Sundays. The opening person can't even open the store on time.

Ambers Neash quoted 20 -25 dollars to wash and blow dry my hair. I get to the salon and she more than doubles the cost saying it will cost 55 dollars just to wash and blow dry. I definitely do not recommend.
