When I arrived I informed one of the stylists that I had never been there before and had been recommended by a friend. She told me where to go, but nothing else. I was sitting outside room 9, patiently waiting for the person before me to finish, when another person walks in and is put ahead of me. Keep in mind that I had been waiting for over half an hour and the front door says “walk-ins welcome”. Prior to my arrival I had tried calling to ensure walk-ins are welcome, but perhaps that only applies to the regulars. Not to mention I had more assistance from a stranger exiting the salon more so than any of the employees. I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed.

West Coast Esthetics, my eyelash studio, is located in this salon. It's a relaxing environment without a lot of noise and foot traffic.
