I ordered on the app. They took out all the menu boards that were stalls. There are 10 order spots and a drive through. I ordered on the app and of course I tipped 1$. When I get there all stalls are full. So I have to park and walk up to the menu board in the middle to check in on the app and get my food. I should have got that 1$ tip. They literally opened the door and handed it to me. There are to many good sonic locations to waste time at this one

This location can't get an order right to save their lives. Bacon egg and cheese toaster- no bacon! Supersonic breakfast burrito- no meat or egg, all cheese, potato and about 4oz. of jalapeno!! Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.

IF ZERO STAR AVAILABLE THEY DESERVE ZERO.STARS! DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION. DRIVER SAID THEY FORCE THEM TO SIT AT PATIO WHILE THEY COMPLETED OTHER ORDERS AND MY FOOD COLD! IT SHOWED ON SCREEN FOOD WAS DELIVERED TO DRIVER BUT HE HAD TO RING THEM AGAIN TO GET MY FOOD! MY FOOD WAS COLD!

This is the worst sonic i've ever been to. The food was absolutely disgusting. It was cold and I paid too much money and sat there too. Too long to be delivered old cold food really disappointing. I will never go here again. Maybe no other sonic either.

Always takes WAY TOO LONG and they have hardly any stalls which sucks because i don't want to be sitting in a drive thru like for 40 minutes.

I don't know what happened to this sonic but it has turned into the slowest and most rundown sonic I've seen. They only have 9 actual drive up stalls. All the others are gone / torn out, at least 12 to 15 missing. I feel like that should make them faster? Nope. I ordered 2 vanilla cokes and a powerade the other afternoon, waited 18 min. That's RIDICULOUS. today, order 2 drinks, in the morning, 1 other car was parked. 9 min. Seriously blows my mind on how severely slow they are. I have been coming to this sonic since high-school, and it's sad to see it this way. They need to do some serious maintenance, get the stalls back, and hire more efficient people. It's just sad. Happens every visit. Average 12 to 15 minute wait, for just drinks.. not good.

Everytime I go to the Sonic, I ask for real fruit limes in my drink. When they bring it out I check. And they never put them in. And when I order and they read back, they say it. When are y'all going to get it Right! And I always tip. Can I go and get what I ordered. ?

understaffed. waited 40 minutes for 4 drinks. incompetent staff, be aware if you go during a busy time you will have to wait forever for a drink.

Sprite zero lines need to be changed out or cleaned. It always leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Food is never hot and takes forever. Staff seems put out by working there.

I have given this sonic multiple chances but I have yet to have a remotely decent experience here. The first time I visited this location it was around 6pm and I was told that they were not taking any food orders. I understand you might be having problems with the grill or fryer, but the fact that they couldn't do ANY food items is unacceptable to me. The second time I visited I had to wait at least 5 mins for them to take my order at the stall. The food took awhile to come out as well despite the fact that they didn't seem very busy. Today I gave this place one last chance but was disappointed again. Once again, I click the button to order and wait 5 mins for someone to answer before I decide to just leave. While pulling out I look at the empty stall next to me where a car had pulled out not long after I arrived. Their button was blinking as well which tells me they also got tired of waiting and decided to leave. Not to mention that this sonic only has about 9 stalls that you can actually order from so people are forced to go through the drive through which then gets backed up and blocks the cars in the stalls from getting out when they are ready to leave. I am shocked that this location is still open. I understand they may be understaffed, but if that is the case either pay your workers more or close down. That or get a new manager who knows how to run a store. Either way, please for the love of god, get it together so I can go get my cheeseburger toaster and not have to drive 15 mins to another location!!

Whoever was taking orders at 1:00 on 8/11, wasextremely rude to me. I ordered my food in a waythat she thought was complicated, which it mighthave been but it wasnt intentional. She thenproceeds to say "you way overcomplicated that" in atone was not appropriate for customer service.When I told her that she doesnt need to be rude tome, she argued with me on why I am wrong. Thewhole time using a very unprofessional tone. I'veworked at sonic for a year before, and always treatfood service employees with the utmost respect. Ifthe customer orders something that you thoughtwas complicated, you keep your comments toyourself and try your best to be polite. She wastraining somebody too, so whoever that was thatshe is training will think that is acceptable. (I originally posted this to yelp but I figured it would actually get noticed here)
