HORRIBLE. They will randomly turn off autopay and not call you when payments get missed. All of my books got horribly water damaged. Some of which I can't replace. Every single item had spiders and scorpions inside despite being sealed and rent goes up every few months. For the smallest unit with no climate control, they are charging me over 70 dollars a month. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Clean and easily accessible facility however, their website is down frequently, you can not change your password, the system forgets your email to set up an account as the same time they can email you rate increases. So frustrating but they do the typical things you expect from storage unit facilities.

2 catalytic converts and a winch stolen at this site, no security, no humans on site. Rate increases are a constant.

No way to look at unit before hand, flying crickets everywhere including in the units, people show up and sweep that’s all you get, if you have questions use you’re best judgment because the customer service will tell you things and then the company does different things

Between rate increases, late fees and daily texts the day after the due date. Since I moved from across your complex and never had a problem paying on the third and moved to a same size unit considerably cheaper. I regret not finding another storage facility that is more in line with customer service. With the added late fees it seems I can do better on pricing and location.

Nice storage facility. We are glad we had the opportunity to get a storage unit there. We try to pay at the first of the month but aren't sure when our due date is. The area is clean and well kept.

Everything was great until Spare Box took over. Then my rent on the unit kept increasing without being notified. And there is no one on site to talk to in person. I’m not happy about calling someone who’s not even local and doesn’t know me. Spare Box is charging twice what other places are charging. Therefore I will be moving out of my unit in the very near future.

Ive had the same storage unit through theee different owners. SpareBox is the only one that only drilled one of the locks and now my key doesn't open the other side and i only have accesses to half of my without fully emptying out my unit. I'm not impressed with the fact they have no actual people onsite. Of the three previous owners this one is the one I'm most disappointed with.
