After my husband's doctor's appointment we went by T-Mobile on Broadway and had the best service ever. Andrew meet us at the door holding it open so that I could easily maneuver the wheelchair inside.He proceeded to help my husband with his phone. Solved his charging problem and helped him with unwanted apps and made sure his phone was secure.Afterword, he checked my phone and changed screen protector.Andrew explained what he was doing as he did it and took the time to meet the needs of two old people who have no idea how to fix things on our phone. I did mention that maybe he should teach a class to old people! I think it might be a hit!I would like to say we briefly interacted with other employees there who also seem to very nice and concerned with their customers as well.

Linda is very rude, makes you feel rushed! Don’t go to her!1. My daughter’s kid’s sync watch, I went to pick up the new one, since hers broke and was under warranty, I first met Linda. Asked her if she could activate it, she stated “we don’t do that here, you need to call customer service.” Thanks to another employee Emanuel, he got the job done!2nd time….i needed help with getting my sons android transferred over to an iPhone that we purchased, she said I needed to call customer service, I ended up going home & doing it myself. & noticed she charged me $20 for a C-charging box that I had asked for a price check on. A day later I had went back. She said that she couldn’t refund me or give me one. Shows on my account that I paid for it YET I DONT HAVE ONE… ??♀️3rd time going in! Everyone is working with someone. Here comes LINDA! ??♀️ my husband went to her…. We gave her our address where to send the phone. Tell me why she sends the phone to the wrong address? And puts our shipping address as California if we live in Edmond Oklahoma?!Please DO NOT go to LINDA. She needs more training. I called to complain and try to find the phone we just spend over $1k on, pending a call back….

The young people who work here don’t understand the value of good customer service. I just stood in this store 10 minutes. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help, said I’ll be with you in a moment, NOTHING!! Workers just don’t care anymore.

Pre-ordered my s23 ultra had issues contacted tmobile phone rep, no help, david reached out and resolved the issue within 24 hours, highly recommend if you have issues contact store, they definitely go above and beyond to help!

Meh, This place is usually well staffed but on my last visit there was a huge wait and not a lot of knowledgeable people working there. The customer service wasn't horrible when they did get to you but even then, my problems were not solved at all. I would rather just call T-Mobile and not visit the store in the future.

I recently bought 5G internet for my home, Chis & Victoria were a great help making my setup quick and painless. I did run into a slight glitch in my setup and that's when Victoria came to the rescue. Gr8 little store good people that know the product. #PERIOD
