The first time I went an older gentleman helped me and he was very kind and helpful. I showed my license did the paperwork and I was all set. I made a big purchase. The next time I went back I took my items to the counter and he wasn’t there, but a young lady. She said I was not in the system! I told her that can’t be. She said I had to start all over and bring my license next time and fill out paperwork. She said it so blunt and cold I was so surprised! She did let me buy a few things. I haven’t been back. I found another great place to buy my products and they are very consistent.

As an esthetician they NEVER have what I need. I cant even get facial sponges here. They recently stopped carrying the few items I could still get there. Sometimes I'd like to be able to walk into the store and actually buy what I need and not have to buy it from amazon.
