Been a customer for over a year and have been extremely pleased. Austin the facility manager has done a super job - I frequently see him walking the facility, place is very clean and safe. Found Austin very accessible, friendly and carries though on what he says he’s going to do - he quickly addressed a small issue I had. Thanks Austin for the great customer service!

Was told there would be someone at this location to pay my bill...went there 3 times last week...and several more. I only pay in person or at a kiosk..which all 3 of them didnt have those. Very disappointed..I went everyday..Wednesday Thursday and Friday after work at 330 pm.

My rate was increased by $30 in 1 month. The same size unit is advertised for $89 and now they are charging me $171
I contacted them and they said the rates are subject to change monthly depending on the current market.
I do not recommend this place of business.
