Lady who is do the trim didn’t have basic idea how to do trim and used different kind of trimmers which she didn’t have any idea of how to use them.And giving pain sensation after the trim.Better do not go to this super cuts again

The Absolute Worst !! I have been getting my hair cut the same way my entire life. I sat in the chair and was asked how I wanted my hair cut ... I replied with what I was wanting ... A very simple fade ( 0-3 ) ... I was told " I can only finish with an 8 length ... I've never even heard of an 8 length before so I explained again ... Same response from the employee ... I told him " It's ok ... I think I'm going to try to find someone that understands what I'm wanting ... So as I was getting up he told me " don't be bringing your negative vibes in my store and get out !!
Stay away from the store ... Awful customer service ....
