We went to get help setting up parental controls. There is a T-Mobile family app that does this, and it costs $10.00 per month. The guy said, "we don't do that. It wasn't in my training so I don't do it. I responded with... "So if I were to come in wanting to buy a new phone for a child, you couldn't help with setting that up? " His answer was once again... no. He didn't even offer asking someone else to see if they could help us... or bother calling the service center to get info to help us. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If he had at least tried to get an answer for us, then at least I would have felt like we (the customers) mattered. I'm just sorry I didn't get his name.. I would have certainly mentioned it here.

Walked in the store hoping to speak with an agent about upgrade options and ready to spend some money. Didn't even get a " hello " or anything upon walking in the store. Stood there for 20 minutes while other agents helped the other 2 customers that where there. I never even got acknowledged for walking in the door, why would I stick around and continue to watch them speak to and help the people that walked in after us but yet still have yet to notice I am even in the store at all. Very unprofessional. I don't get many good days when I'm able to go places due to health reasons but it would be nice to be at least spoken to when I walk in your place of business. Again, very unprofessional. Not to mention they must have had the heat cranked all the way up and it smelled like sweaty feet and booty in there. Just saying

Their wireless was great. Returned device at T-Mobile outlet w great service. However outlet could not cancel acct but gave me a phone number. Called and spent 20min+ w a talkative rep to cancel the acct finally. Months later realize they are still charging and acct is evidently still not canceled Again only communication is via phone I face sitting on phone to discuss situation. Hate it.

This location helped me with my upgrade recently and I was pleased with the overall experience. One issue that happens at most cell phone stores, and also happened here, is the salesperson opening the box on your new phone.Let the customer enjoy their unboxing experience, if someone spends $1,000 on a new item, let them be the one who breaks the seals and puts the first hands on the phone. I hadn't even completed the transaction before my new phone was out of the box and in a case, it's not that big of a deal, but it does take something away from the experience of purchasing a new, sometimes expensive item.Thanks for the help!

I give t-mobile 5 stars because I've been with them 6 yrs. They're a wonderful customer service very helpful and is very courteous and very kind and very knowledgeable.

I get hireing special needs people but leaving them untrained and disrespectful isn’t alright Jeremy is an associate with this store and he’s more into talking instead of listing to what a customer is asking help with. Vary disrespectful kid.

I've been having trouble with my internet account and trying to pay online.I was able to get it paid in person. And was able to get help from Caleb today.He did all he could from his end and was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me the customer service line only after trying all ends.And I greatly appreciate the effort and dedication he shows customers and showed me today.He offered pricing for phone lines and trade in information as I'm considering using T-Mobile.Extremely helpful and friendly.Someone give this man a raise!Way, way better people here than the location on Broadway.
