I have been going to Nicole for the past three years and she has saved my skin!! She recommended bioelements and has pointed me in the right direction of their line of skincare to improve my acne. I hardly ever have breakouts! The kerafole mask has been a savior!! She also does an amazing job waxing my brows so that they compliment my face. Was looking forward to trying something new after having my first child, unfortunately my sitter canceled day of and I contacted them via email as it directs you to first thing that morning and my appointment wasn't until 2:15 I was not contacted until I was told I was a no call no show and then it still took a while to get them to respond to which I was told I could not have a refund or reschedule without purchasing another facial. I don't want to be a part or promote a business that has no compassion for its customers.
