I opened a checking/savings account today. Simone Paradise was AMAZING. She was quick, helpful, and accommodating as I came for my appointment at the wrong time. I cant thank her enough for her help!!

This location is a little weird with its hours, so always call ahead to double check that they are open for business. Great staff very nice and knowledgeable. It is also find it to be one of the faster locations. All Edmond locations are fast in comparison to okc areas

Branch manager reached out to me after I completed a survey expressing dissatisfaction with my experience. The branch manager Annette proceeded to speak to me like I’m stupid and that I’m untrustworthy after 15 years of membership.TFCU used to be a place I recommended strongly. Something has changed in the last 5 years that changed that.

Money went missing out of my account and they couldn’t explain where it went. Then Shannon treated me like absolute trash when I tried to ask where the money went. Yeah, I closed all my accounts with them.

Bank tellers are friendly and they get to know your name. Auto loans are fairly easy to get and the rates are decent chances are good if you have a decent credit rating they are more likely to take a chance on you. Some Check accounts pay interest. That you will not get money market account prices because they are not a bank but a savings and loan. The people that used Tinker Federal the customers all have an interest in the company succeeding. I have found the employees very helpful with loans

Great place in general. But don’t bother calling. The automated system is horrible and the wait is ridiculous. No one wants to hear you thank sponsors and give advice with an automated woman for 30 minutes of waiting. It’s unbearable, just play music like everyone else.

No customer service......like none! Been 3 days since my account has been unaccessible and still haven't got any customer service or anyone even on the phone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

They are always kind and courteous. They seem like family whenever you go in. They obviously care about their employees because they closed the lobby when Covid got bad. I will never bank anywhere else and I have referred them to many of my friends.

Slowest drive thru I have ever sat in in my life, their are four bays and cars backed up not moving, hire some more drive thru staff TFCU!!

Went to get my son a new bank account and debit card. Horrible experience!! The lady messed up so much! We left and she didn’t even activate the account nor debit cards, had to call the 800 service number that night to turn them on. I asked her to change my last name on the joint account, because my own personally primary account was already changed, but she no I couldn’t nor let me. I asked her to update my email address, she said she did, but it wasn’t when I logged into the account. I asked her to transfer money from my son’s saveable account to his new account. She typed the numbers wrong and made it negative. So had to correct that and sign another form.She couldn’t count the cash for the deposit. My son is in calculus in HS, and thank God we had masks on, because we were both laughing she couldn’t count cash. I tried to make small talk with her, but she got so distracted, so it was a silent office room. Awkward.I asked several questions and she never directly answered my questions or went around it. I don’t think she knew the answers.I’ve been banking here since the 90s (for about 30 years), and I’m about to move all of our baking to another bank. It was an awful experience.My new husband wants to bank here, but after this experience, I don’t think he will.I’m not sure if she was new or what, but if I was her boss I would want to know and maybe move her to a different position.

Tinker continues to be a great bank. I don't have problems with them. That's the way it's supposed to be.
