I have gone to Jenny’s nail shop Tip Top Nails since I was in high school. I love this salon they take care of my nails so well and always have made me feel comfortable. If I ever didn’t like a color or length they’ve had no problem fixing it right then. Only nail shop that doesn’t cut corners on their services.

This place was recommended to me. I had high hopes. The nail salon was short staffed. I waited approximately 20 minutes to be seen. However, I didn’t mind waiting for a good service. The issue was, the pedicure itself was severely lacking. The only massage I got was when the nail tech scrubbed my legs with sea salt for a very short time. This was a $50 pedicure before a tip. It lasted maybe 30 min including my gel nail color. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Im sure of the lady that did my nails but i was in station 8. She was VERY rude, cut me multiple times and was squeezing my fingers way too hard. my nails looks like crap. very disapointed with the service will never be going back and will never reccomend this place to anybody.

I have been a customer at this Salon for years. It is amazing. You are always greeted when you walk in the door with a smile. Their work is impeccable. Their professionalism and kindness in this day, and time, is outstanding. I won’t go anywhere else. I have taken people from out of town to their shop, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I went in for a pedicure and full set with gel and first of all my nails look amazing. I have never been here before and the reviews don’t do this salon justice. They got me in after work and stayed late for me. I have a family so I can appreciate when someone is taking any precious minutes away from their own for me. I love how much every step of the process on my pedi and my nails was treated as an art form. I feel as though I was not rushed nor was I there too long. The nail techs are friendly and professional. I am thankful to have found them.

Came in for a pedicure this morning. It was ok. Massage was good but she cut a toe nail too short it bled. Came back for a manicure this afternoon. She only did the manicure on one hand and when I asked why she wasn't filing, pushing the cuticle or buffing my left hand like she did my right hand, she looked confused and went over it very quick resulting in cutting my finger. I even asked if something was wrong and if I should come back at another time. She didn't say anything. Disappointed. I won't be back.

I visited tip top nail salon in Edmond for a gel manicure and pedicure but I was quite disappointed with the service. The entire process was painfully slow, and it took much longer than expected. They didn’t concentrate their job. I felt like my time was wasted, and I hope they can improve their efficiency in the future.Service: Gel manicures
