Patients experience short wait times and find it much easier to get in and out than other places. The techs and radiologists explain everything thoroughly, doing everything possible to inform patients and make them feel calm. They handle insurance correctly and process referrals quickly. As a certified imaging center in the national network, they provide superior customer service and state-of-the-art equipment. I had an MRI done today at Touchstone in Edmond. I've been coming here for many years and everyone, from receptionist to the techs, were as friendly and efficient as they have always been. From annual mammogram to diagnostic MRI and CT scans, they do it all and are always my preferred provider. I highly recommend.
