“Guys did a great, though routine, job of towing my van today. However, it was snowy and raining and I slipped and fell backwards hitting my head on the concrete. They helped me up and I was ok. I drove my other car behind them to the dropoff spot. Apparently I was a bit disoriented and they got me inside and explained to the receptionist what had happened. My son came and got me. I got checked out at the ER just to be safe. Later that evening I got a call from the driver just checking up on me. Above and beyond in every way. I wish I could remember their names. Thank you.”

“We blew a tire and was stranded 1.3 miles from the hotel we had reservations for the night, no taxi service and Uber is a joke . So I called Paul's towing and he came within 30 minutes and towed our truck and gave us a ride to the hotel which is important as my wife has some medical issues, I would recommend him for anything, I couldn't ask for more.”

I had a tire I purchased there that they had to repair from a nail puncture that persistently lost air pressure. The 3rd time, Bert decided to replace the tire. My husband brought the truck in, they immediately took it back, worked on it, and within 15 minutes it was repaired! I thought I’d have to buy a new tailgate and I’m happy they didn’t try to upsell me.
