The lady at the register, as I approached the self check out yelled “that’s closed” so I said I’m sorry and turned around to the register. When I left I told her thank you so much and she did not respond. There’s way to talk to people. Saying things such as “I’m sorry but that is closed” “thank you have a good day” are common courtesy. It was a very unpleasant encounter, that’s why I was going through self check out that was clearly not closed.

It’s a disgrace that a national chain like TSC has such un qualified and rude staff in the Edmond Store. Since it opened years ago it has steadily gone down hill in service and management. The cashiers are the worst I’ve ever dealt with at TSC. Today was prime example as there were at least 16 customers trying to check out the 2 cashiers (both women) were lost and confused about pricing and other things. I was 4th in line behind other customers and the lady at the cash register was so rude to a customer about a sale item that the other people in that line just dropped their purchases and walked out of the store.
I’ll never shop at a TSC ever again especially when Edmond gets its newest store to compete with them with ATWOODS FARM & SUPPLY opens really soon.
If you’re looking for quality or personnel with correct knowledge this store isn’t where you’ll want to shop! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Everyone here is always incredibly helpful. We have made three trips out here today for various items and have been met with kind, helpful employees each time. Today we had a negative isolated experience with one employee there was only one checkout lane and it was very long, the person working the checkout had a sling on and was being incredibly rude to everyone.
A second lane opened up, we purchased a raised garden bed, the nice man offered to load it for us, we said since it was busy, we were happy to do it ourselves.
When we got the bed to our truck we realized it was missing an inner liner. We went back inside, it was hard to find someone to help because it was busy. I found the man who checked us out who was also helping several customers and answers questions on a phone at the same time. He kindly stopped what he was doing to help me. He explained that a lot of the liners blew away in the wind and they might not have it, apologized and still helped me look.
My husband met back up with us after talking to the cashier who rudely said. If the liner wasn’t there, it didn’t come with one or he needed to call the manufacturer. We purchased two of these today. Didn’t ask for a discount or a refund when the second one was missing a piece and this woman’s attitude has completely sullied the experience. I honestly was tempted to write a 1 star review. But everyone else that works is so kind and helpful.
However, I hope a manager sees this because the woman who was checking people out needs to treat people better if she intends on working in a customer service position.

Beautiful place to go. Didn’t like the dog food bag. Someone saw me lost. Ask if they could help. Then picked up the basket to return it for me.

Attempted to buy chickens. Cashier rung them up incorrectly then attempted to obtain more money after transaction had already been completed (credit card charged, etc). If you are hoping to save money on eggs by getting chickens dont come here unless you’d like to be nickeled and dimed.

Never have my jean size in stock and the website has become ridiculous to navigate and shop from. I can't even order them online even though it says they are available online and in store. What is going on?

By far my favorite Tractor Supply even though I have one closer to my home. The employees here are friendly and take pride in their service. There is always someone to help or give advice if you need it on a WIDE range of subjects. The products are always in stock and reasonable in price. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. Highly recommend

Subpar customer service. Walking into the store I was not greeted by the two employees at the register who were doing nothing. I was not asked for my loyalty points phone number but instead the cashier was actively eating/chewing while checking me out which I find rude and disrespectful regardless of any medical condition (“low blood sugar”).

We are regular Tractor Supply shoppers, and love our local Tractor supply. However, we visited this location while traveling and it was the best Tractor Supply experience we ever had! EVERY single staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store is also well stocked. Top notch!

This is my favorite Tractor supply even though there is one closer to my home I drive out of my way to come here. I always get good service. Last time I was here, Brittnie the cashier was pleasant to others checking out in front of me even when they were not so pleasant back. She was friendly and made my shopping experience nice.
