Will not ever do business here again. My husband and I went to the Edmond store and had them order a generator online to have shipped to their store for us to pick up. First of all we were notified on Friday it was ready for pickup then called and they said it wasn't there. Then we were notified on Sunday it was finally there and we called and it wasn't there yet. Finally on Monday it was delivered afyer i had to call several times between tractor supply and the shipping company before tractor supply finally found it on their dock where they were told to to look originally but tractor supply shipped the wrong generator with a completely different SKU # somehow . It was a propane generator not a gasoline-powered generator. We then told them it was the wrong one so they could get the correct one shipped out and then we were told they no longer provide that generator so we would have to pay additional money for a comparable generator because they could not get it from the vendor. Still to this day the generator we ordered and wanted shows available online for the exact same price available for purchase.... hmmm strange...After we noticed it was the wrong one at the store they just gave me the Customer Solutions phone number and the SKU number of the one I wanted and SKU number of the wrong one that was delivered and told me that I would have to deal with it myself for the replacement to be shipped to me which is horrible customer service if you ask me since i ordered it at their store. It wasn't my mistake, It was theirs. Now they are wanting to refund my money and have me buy one somewhere else or pay the difference to buy one comparable to the one I had ordered instead of just replacing it with the one i want since it still shows available to purchase online but yet customer service said its no longer available which makes no sense. Very disappointed and they need to get their tracking emails fixed as well since it said it was delivered 3 different times, receiving lady Jeanie was also very rude the 3 different times I called trying to locate the package. I had to call the delivery service and have them call the driver to verify it had in fact been delivered on Monday because Jeanie told me it hasn't been delivered when it was in fact delivered 3 hours before I had called her originally.. She was just too lazy to look for it. Worst experience I've ever had. They should just replace the one I ordered with a comparable generator for the same price for their errors. Don't offer an item on your website if it isn't available and then ship the wrong item since you don't have the one I ordered in the first place then basically tell me I'm out of luck and you'll just cancel my order after all of this hassle on my end due to your companys incompetence. You clearly dont care about your customers...very poor service all across the board. Epic fail on your part and we spend thousands of dollars here every year. We will be sure to take our business elsewhere and take all of our family and friends along with us!

I love tractor supply, but the Edmond store is horrible. The staff is so incredibly rude. I drive out the location near Piedmont.

It was a wonderful experience. I had to exchange a Christmas gift from my Son and it was so easy they just looked up his purchase on the computer and took that purchase and made the exchange. The girls were so helpful and polite and professional. Thanks tractor supply

Good place to get bird food.Paws n Claws cat food is a huge flop. Feral cats won't eat it.Pedigree dog food with meat and cheese and bacon also a complete flop.Pet food these days...one must be extremely careful.

so far every order i place for this store has been cancelled. got 3 in stock, cancelled. got 8 in stock cancelled. if you are so incompetent as to not know how to create a reliable inventory, then change management. if you honestly don't have it in stock then friggin order it and tell me when it will arrive. even when it does get shipped to store i have to pay a shipping fee. wth?

Cashier April had a very bad attitude and there was a line almost to the back of the store and the team lead was just walking around while there was one cashier and a line full of customers. Will not be returning.Very disappointing

It's becoming increasingly difficult to support retail establishments when the employees are obnoxious or rude.Amazon exists and offers free shipping and better dealsStopped in to pick up some stuff. After trying to find some help for about 10 minutes (it's a bit busy, grace given) the guy who was available told me I could pay for the stuff I needed from the back room up at the register, and he'd get to it when he'd get to it.Rude, but I asked for some clarification and an ETA. He just repeated himself rudely.I've got stuff to do today, no big loss for me I'll just support Amazon, save 50 bucks and a headache, and take 2 minutes to share the experience.

Went into this location today and was very disappointed by the horribly rude demeanor and lack of GURA demonstrated by April.Definitely wasn’t greeted. My needs weren’t uncovered, nothing was recommended and the way she snatched payment out of my hand you’d think she was in a hurry to do something more than just stand there and ring people up. My kid tried to talk to her about our chickens and April didn’t seem amused or even the least bit friendly.We get it. You hate your job, April. It’s very obvious. You made the choice to work there, might as well smile and attempt to meet your PLCC weekly goals. In fact, had you even asked me I would have let you plug my info in and sell me a high interest low benefit credit card.Maybe next time!

Recently found out that the owners of this company support putting chemicals or adding less protein to the poultry feed to reduce egg production in chickens. Do not buy feed from this company. Buy from a local mill. I also used to buy nutrena products from here and noticed the smell has gone from a alfalfa smell to a chemical. Before you buy the baby chicks do your homework first. Ask where they buy their chicks and if it's still Hoovers, research that company also. Lots of people have bought chicks from TSC and they die or get sick a few days later.

Needed propane for 3 bottles for grill, heater, etc. U-Haul was a joke. Slow service, told me they could but then said they didn’t have the equipment, sent me to another closed location, yada yada. Tractor Supply in and out and it was cheaper than U-Gaul to boot. Highly recommend this place.
