Very pleased with the professionalism by management. They were extremely informative, had the answers to all my questions, a very pleasant experience to say the least. On top of that, the store felt very welcoming and clean. Definitely bringing my business back here.

I always go to the store on Broadway Last time i returned a package the guy made me buy my own tape to close my box. My husband used said that should not have happened when i returned home. I just dropped another return off and i went to buy tape to close box and it messed up. I took tape to counter and they said they couldn’t fix the roll any better than me which is valid point but that i didn’t need to buy my own tape they did for me. I said the last time i was in the man made me buy my own to close the box, the woman employee next to him stated that no one in that store would have made me buy tape on a previous visit. I showed her who it was since he was still working and she said no didn’t happen. I said yes and she said no. I’ll find different ups store for future.

My UPS Store is very helpful, always friendly and willing to help. They are close to my office, so it is easy to go any time of the day to mail a package.

I used to have a great experience at this UPS and frequented this location - mainly for Amazon returns. However, the last two times, I was treated poorly. They close at 6:30 during the week, and two of us arrived at 6:29 - they would not let us in to mail our packages and said the store was closed. I had driven super fast to make the 6:30 close. Today, I arrived at the store right at 8:30am when the store opens. They mailed a return package for me. Additionally, I needed 30 color copies to be printed, and asked if they could do that for me at 35 cents a copy. Jessika told me she couldn’t do it for me because it would take too much time and they were too busy. There was one other customer in the store and at least three workers. To refuse service when they were clearly not busy, was absolutely surprising to me, and very disappointing. I am in the parking lot writing this, and her coworkers are clearly not busy. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and service period. Don’t advertise services or times your store is open if you can’t honor them.
