This is the only UPS store I’ve ever been to that makes you pay for tape and makes it a hassle. Go to the location on S Boulevard instead.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I paid close to $300 to overnight refrigerated medication and they didn’t get it shipped out until the next day so now the package will be 3 days late. Whoever the manager is yelled at me and then hung up on me. He now will not answer when I call the store.
Edit to add: the owner, Mara, called and apologized for the behavior of that employee. She is also assisting in filing a claim to get a refund for the overnight charges (not sure why he couldn’t have done that on Friday instead of yelling at me it’s not his problem). I’m appreciative of her efforts but would advise customers to be wary of how some of the employees there may handle issues/concerns like these. I have full confidence in doing business with Mara. Not so much the staff there when she’s not around.

Awesome Ladies at this store! I lost my tracking number and their manager did some digging and was able to recover it for me with just a couple details!! Took the time to really help me!!! 5 gold stars because yall rock!

Thebguy gave me excellent service. Great attitude. Although it dis cost me $40 to ship a violin out 🥴 I thought it be $25 max.

This is absolutely the worst location. Their computer system is ALWAYS DOWN!!! I’m so sick of it. Will not go back. Beware go to a different location!
