I return many Amazon items at this UPS store and I have always been treated very well. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I am in and out in about two minutes or less.

I go to this location at least once a week and Deveion is always so friendly and greets everyone that comes in and asks how their day is going. If I happen to have my kids with me, he’ll offer them a sucker which makes their day! It’s so refreshing to walk in to a business and have an employee that truly acts like he loves his job, is willing to help you and always has a smile on his face!

I ordered a shirt for my upcoming vacation and it was sent to this UPS store! And the item was supposed to be delivered to my home address. The UPS site mentioned that it was “on its way!” And I never received it! I leave for my vacation the day after a holiday (Tuesday, May 27) in which UPS is closed on Sundays and on Memorial Day! I should have received my shirt last week on May 22 or 23rd. I physically went to the UPS store and they don’t have a log on whether the ups driver actually picked up my merchandise. They just went off the website, smh. They were helpful but you figure they would have some type of “sign out log” on which UPS driver picked it up! Next time I will just use Amazon to order anything since I know I will get my package on time. Very disappointed with UPS! So I had to file a claim right before my vacation without my shirt I was expecting ahead of time! And then it will probably show up at my house while I am on vacation if there was a big delay with their deliveries! Very disappointed and frustrated!

I had 11 separate packages to return and their entire team jumped into action to help me. I would have understood if they seemed frustrated, however they were polite the whole time and seemed excited to help me. This was a great experience
