I don't appreciate my time being wasted by a machine which cannot possibly know all the reasons why people are calling the post office. I had to wait for over ten minutes talking to a machine.

I have to say the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with, I have a PO Box with in this location every package I get sent to the PO Box gets delivered to every USPS office around Oklahoma or Edmond, then they will say it was Misshipped to their location so they’ll send it to the 33rd St usps but It will sit in there flipping usps office for 3 to 4 days before it’s finally delivered to my PO Box and when I do receive it half the time it’s damage or missing because it’s ripped open.
Worst, part has to be the zip code 73083 what they use for the P.O. Box , there excuse is that every USPS location in the metro has that flipping ZIP Code, that is so redundant an ignorant on their part

Postal driver refuses to deliver mail in Trails South because she would have to back up or get out of her vehicle. Actually withholding our mail because there’s a car parked well forward enough to not block the box and for her get in but she doesn’t want to have to go around the car. Post office refuses to do anything about it.

My mom passed away and selling her house. I’ve tried several times to change her address at the post office. Every employee acts like they don’t how to do it. The online system is not recognizing her change of address barcode. Currently on hold with a customer rep (for the last 30 minutes) to see if I can get this straightened out. Going to have to go by and pick up her mail and hoping that I don’t need to go back to the post office.

17 people in line with one register open. Post master came out and told us she wasn’t a teller so we would just have to wait. This place and that women are a joke and a embarrassment to our tax dollars.

Wish I could give negative stars. How do you even contact this dump? 1800 number thats full of automated responses leading to nowhere. This post office is garbage.

Wish I could give them a zero. Doesn’t surprise me they have an overall rating of three stars with a guy like Tanner “supervising” the place. Just lousy. Driver marked my package delivered and never delivered it. Opened a case about it then it was closed. They said the reached out to me and I was confused on where my item was which never happened. Package has been missing for a week now. Drivers are either thieves or can’t do what’s in their job description. But it’s not surprising because Tanner can’t either
