17 people in line with one register open. Post master came out and told us she wasn’t a teller so we would just have to wait. This place and that women are a joke and a embarrassment to our tax dollars.

Wish I could give negative stars. How do you even contact this dump? 1800 number thats full of automated responses leading to nowhere. This post office is garbage.

Wish I could give them a zero. Doesn’t surprise me they have an overall rating of three stars with a guy like Tanner “supervising” the place. Just lousy. Driver marked my package delivered and never delivered it. Opened a case about it then it was closed. They said the reached out to me and I was confused on where my item was which never happened. Package has been missing for a week now. Drivers are either thieves or can’t do what’s in their job description. But it’s not surprising because Tanner can’t either

Saturday, I bought a P.O. Box for 6 months. They said that they didn't have the keys and that I needed to come back in a few days to get it. So I did just that after already giving them money and then submitting my application ...so they said... and I came back and I went to get the keys and they said that the application had never been sent or went through and so I needed to provide more documentation and IDs I showed them four different IDs and a company EIN a US passport of retirement ID from the United States Marine Corps and a Oklahoma State driver's license. We're not inform them but I just wanted to refund and I did not agree to pay for a hassle. I was informed that I could not get my money back and when I asked for a manager that manager said the same thing and I told him I needed whoever was above him and in charge which I was given the name of area manager Elizabeth Reese the manager's name is Tanner Barnes, the employee Wyonna. I asked him why I couldn't get my money back seeing as how they didn't even send the application in or give me keys and I have no access to a P.O. Box that I paid for. They took $139 from me promised a service and then gave no service. That's theft!! This needs to be brought under some serious investigation considering that there is no way I'm the only one they're doing this to with such rude customer service they have it's disgusting.The consumer provided the following when submitting the Complaint to BBBIt's not just rude or unprofessional complaint as it is theft. I have also reported this to the BBB, and I will continue to report it to every department and spot available until y'all give me my money back.So here is the facts, if y'all don't get me my money back then I promise there will be a team of professionals who come and get me my money back from y'all. It would be in everyone's best interest to get me my money back.. that y'all stole. I hate thieves and so does the Lord.

Christian was awesome! with my international shipment. He told me exactly how to do it, was fast, courteous, and efficient. And it cost only 20% of what UPS was going to charge me!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I went in to send a pre-labeled package. The lady scanned my QR code, printed the label and then said she couldn’t send it because it wasn’t taped close. I had a package NOT a box or anything that needed heavy tape. It literally needed a foot of tape. The gas I spent getting there cost more than the amount of tape needed. A trip wasted. Will never go there again!
