Tough to get on the phone, but always been kind and helpful when I’ve been in store. Shout out to Robert who was very patient and kind with me while was trying to ship a gift! Didn’t make me feel rushed, and gave me some grace when I was checking out and accidentally clicked the wrong button in the terminal.

I get a shipment of live superworms for my bearded dragon every couple of months. I know exactly where they keep their packages for live animals. When I come to pick up my package, I specifically tell them that it is a live animal package. One woman there searches the opposite side of the back for a solid 15 minutes every single time. Then she comes up and asks me if I'm sure I had it set to get picked up and not delivered. I reiterate that I indeed need to pick up a package of live animals. She then says I should have told her it was a live animal package originally, even though I did. After that, she'll go to the area where they keep their live animal packages and get it for me. She is the only employee who does this. Every other employee goes to that specific spot, gets my package, and hands it to me. If I don't have to deal with her, I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. Once, another employee who had overheard our conversation went and got the package for me after she went off searching on the opposite side. It's ridiculous.

People give the post office a lot of flack, but the USPS is probably one of the best mailing services in the world. That said, this particular post office location is easily the best I've gone to. Hands down, usually get quick and efficient service with pleasant customer service. I'll miss this location as I am moving soon, but of all the post offices I've been to, definitely my favorite.

Edward and Robert are extremely helpful and always make sure you’re taken care of! They’re both outgoing and definitely bring the vibe up. Love going when they’re there.

Edward was AMAZING! Talk about personality and just so personal! With everyone. I’ve never been to that post office and I wish it was closer to where I live because Edward would put a smile on my face every time! It’s so rare anymore to have such great customer service! He deserves an award! ?

I walked in unknowingly with a UPS label on a shipment back to a brand that normally uses USPS but apparently changed their carrier. I didn’t even notice the change and went to drop it off. The guy told me he couldn’t do anything with it due to it being ups. Ok, that’s fine. But the way he handled it was to accuse me of having dropped off prior packages with UPS labels before and said “you hadn’t been ‘caught yet’.” As if I was knowingly doing something wrong and trying to get away with it. He proceeded to argue with me about whether the labels had previously been ups or usps and whether I was doing something nefarious or not. That is NOT how you treat customers….there was absolutely no reason for him to accuse me of doing anything wrong. He was a condescending, arrogant and sarcastic JERK and has no business dealing with the public because people make honest mistakes. We’re all busy and things get missed easily.

They been a wonderful post office the front employees our!! They deserve a gift card no one can recognize the hard-working people And appreciate them day-to-day what they put up with from the public God bless!

Been going to this post office for several years now and the customer service has improved and the reliability of the kiosk in the lobby has improved. The usual clerks that assist customers are friendly and helpful and never give attitude. The kiosk which allows you to print a shipping label is available 24 hours a day and has become more reliable during the weekends. Previously the kiosk would break down at least every other weekend but for the last several months I haven't encountered it being down once.
If dropping off a package on Sunday, just be aware that the drop box usually becomes full and will not allow for any additional packages to be dropped off. Please do not leave your package sitting in the lobby like I have seen a lot of people do. Your package is not safe and can easily be stolen.
