There's nobody to get in contact with It is just AI generated so forget having a human even working at this postal service they need to start incorporating robot since they want to incorporate AI on the phone so damn bad obviously humans cannot do postal service work so nobody needs to be driving these trucks either since they don't know how to use their lights either I bet the robots will learn how to use their lights and use their lights every single time they're making a stop at turning out of a neighborhood

only one person working here, and they take their time with it. there are like 7-8 people here, and the worker didn’t even try. go to another post office if u need to ship something!

I had recently gotten married & needed to change my name on my passport. Tracy was the absolute kindest, most down to earth gentleman I had the pleasure to meet. He helped me make sure my forms were filled out & since my passport was less that a year old.. it didn't cost anything to renew. He over looked everything & got me squared away. I'm nervous yet excited about my journey since I'm interviewing to be a flight attendant. I pray I run into people like him always.

Most unprofessional post master. They stole my package. Said they delivered it to a different address, then changed his story that it was delivered to my address. We have cameras it was never delivered.

The delivery into the TWIN OAKS subdivision is a disaster. Everyday wrong mail is received across the subdivision. Often times two, three even four different residents mail is received and we, the residence are having to redeliver misdelivered mail. Legal documents, checks, cards, bills and array of I dont give a damn delivery. Even packages and small parcels sent USPS are misdelivered. The residents of Twin Oaks should be on the USPS payroll and benefits package.
We the residents need answers as to how this is going to be remediated. This has been reported on more than one occasion and seems to just fall on deaf ears.

If I could rate this post office, a zero, I would. Absolutely, terrible customer service. Do any of you even work the phone? Imagine telling a customer to call back at a certain time, and then not answering the phone. I CALLED 10 TIMES. If you use this post office, pray you see your package when it’s supposed to be delivered. DO BETTER.
