Passport application location with photo services. APPOINTMENT REQUIREDEnter main entry then go to the left at then end of the hall.Agent was kind friemdly.and extremely efficient at his job.Pleasant experience obtaining passport.have paperwork done ahead of time.to speed up process.Your Birth certificate will be mailed back to you. They will keep with the application so do not worry. ??

This is one of the most inefficient post offices. Extremely slow, have 0 stamps, and the woman rep is very rude. The UPS Store on Danforth offers the same services, for a small additional fee, and they are faster and so much nicer.

I have a signature only delivery that came at 2:50 pm, they were told to come back at 3:15 cause I don’t get off work until 3. This is a very important letter and they decided not to come back that day. It’s a Saturday so no mail on Sunday. Monday I try calling so this doesn’t happen again Monday, I call at 8:30 exactly when they open and it took 5 minutes on the phone to even get to where I can speak to somebody. Now I get a callback 51 minutes later. Which means the same is going to happen and another day off an important document wasted.

The rating on this post office speaks for itself. They don’t do their jobs. They send back packages in order to lighten their load when they don’t feel like delivering them. If your parcel comes to this location send a prayer up to whatever higher power you believe in because your chances of getting it are LOW.

Tracy who handles the passport appointments was so kind and helpful! i was missing one of the correct documents needed at my first appointment and he fit me in a few days later on my day off! i really appreciated it!

Usps is very poorly run and the employees are not trained in customer service...anytime you can go to ups or fedex..run there.

I love going here. Everyone is always so very nice and helpful!!! I have never experienced bad customer service and I am a regular! We moved here a year ago and dreaded going in due to our last post office where we lived before always being so rude so I was pleasantly surprised at how different the people here towards customers! Even during this time of year everyone doing a phenomenal job!! Love our mailman as well!!

Went to this location because they sorted the package wrong and held it there for pickup. I got inside at 4:55 and they already had closed up. I asked if they could still help me and they said "nope we're closed" - they close at 5. They closed up 5 minutes early and refused to help.
