Switched family from ATT to Verizon and the employees in this store went out of their way not to help us on numerous occasions. Their unwillingness to help seemed very intentional. Stay away

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I have had the worst customer service from this location and Verizon in general. They will actively ignore your call if they don’t know the answer to your questions and send you on a wild goose chase for the answer. I had an incorrect bill with an additional $80 added in, When I called Verizon about my bill they told me they would “fix” it and then I ended up paying 2x as much as I already was. This went on for 6 months. When I told them the person I talked to was supposed to help fix it not raise it, they responded with “they didn’t have the correct information but they changed your plan so now you pay more” I then had to pay over $380 for 2 phone lines. I have never been more disappointed and enraged by a cellular provider. The lack of care for the customer and your wallet is INSANE! I went to AT&T and have been WAY happier with their honesty!

Verizon will not tell you if they have any iPhones over the phone. Made me drive 30 minutes up to the store to tell me they didn’t have any… I understand why people are in prison now.

I had the utmost wonderful experience at the edmond Broadway store. Benjamin went above and beyond to help me out with my phone upgrades and to answer all my questions and to ensure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Definitely my future go to store.

I did set an apt, but showed up early and was helped right away. Nikki was very helpful. I brought my own phone and was set up with a new service plan quickly.

Just trying to call locally and speak to a human about switching from AT&T. Only get transferred to a foreign country answering service who could not help or answer questions. Makes me Leary about switching.

Try to call them... run around . But after 5 calls got something done. You never do anything at the store if it's about a bill.

We had the BEST experience we've ever had at a phone store. Nick helped us with our purchase. We had a broken phone and Nick found us an economic way to get into a new phone. He also took the time to help us set up the phone. Most sales managers don't care to take the time to give detailed help like Nick did. And we got a credit too. I was really surprised how well he loves his customers. I'd recommend this store 100%. Thanks guys.

Dumb robot attendant is completely unhelpful. Verizon corporate using bots just lost a medium business client. Can't even call to discuss buying new products and services.
