We had the BEST experience we've ever had at a phone store. Nick helped us with our purchase. We had a broken phone and Nick found us an economic way to get into a new phone. He also took the time to help us set up the phone. Most sales managers don't care to take the time to give detailed help like Nick did. And we got a credit too. I was really surprised how well he loves his customers. I'd recommend this store 100%. Thanks guys.

Dumb robot attendant is completely unhelpful. Verizon corporate using bots just lost a medium business client. Can't even call to discuss buying new products and services.

Went there to pick up my phone that I ordered through Verizon and was not pleased with the customer service or the lack thereof I received at the store. When I picked up my phone no one offered to ensure my phone was activated, they just pressed a button and said it was a done. Little did I know, and took their word, came home to find out my phone was not activated. Ending up afterwards spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service who couldn't help me either. Had to go to another Verizon store who simply called the activation number and got it fixed in 4 mins. Shame on this location, not sure if their too lazy or don't want to help "certain" customers but will never go back to them.

The location at 15th an broadway isn't too shabby, given that it's only got 2 stars from four other people. Look we went in the after during the week and our experience was great! The guys name I think was scott? It's been a minute people since we were there lol. But he was totally upfront with us and didn't bs us at all, didn't try to sell us on xyz etc either. We had a great time and it wasn't crowded at all. Either ya go when they first open or during lunch or bout an hr before close an you'll be fine.

Good service. Very nice. I am leaving a 3 star because they try to tell me 5g home internet is better than fiber optic. It's getting better for sure. And it's definitely cheaper. But better? That's an opinion maybe? But not facts. Love Verizon tho. 13 years now straight.

We bought an RV last month but the data plan that it uses is $35/mo. So I check Verizon and I can get a jetpack (or MiFi) for $20. They guys there hooked me up and I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes.

This place needs to be bigger they need a bigger parking lot there are they should relocate to a bigger they do have a kiosk where you can pay your bill thank God other than that it's great just need more room

AWFUL experience. My husband and I signed up for service in September with Atlanta, we signed up purely because of all the promos ($600 in promo credits). I have signed paperwork from Atlanta (that her manager, some dude with glasses) looked at and approved saying there would be $600 in credits added to our account. She specifically told us that we didn’t need to do anything, the promos would automatically be applied to our account after 2-3 billing cycles. My husband and I both clarified several times because we have been burned by ATT before.Now, four months later, still no promo credits. When I ask them in store, they tell me that I need to call customer service. Customer service tells me I need to go to the store, they screwed up and set the wrong expectations. They “might” be able to fix it. Store still says I need to talk to customer service.So now I am out $600 that I was promised by Atlanta and her manager, because they screwed up and Verizon couldn’t care less. Absolutely ridiculous.

Iam Chauncey Combs. Got my wife Robyn a new IPhone 14 Pro Max. Our experience with Christian our service/sales rep was outstanding and most enjoyable. This young man Christian has all the qualities of a professional. We got to experience the BEST of Christian. His knowledge and professionalism Iam sure comes from his service to our country in the Air Force. Got to say it was a joy getting my wife her new phone with Christian’s help. Move him up to management so he can train his subordinates to be the best. Thank you Verizon for hiring young men like him. Look forward now to my up grade also.

the worst things when you pay for service with no service and no one can addressed right all what you here " I think " .Today i visit the store to see why my phone keep losing signal and that is happened when my phone was at the store manager hand and all what I heard " I'm sorry that us so bad but i don't know how can help you you have to call Verison".I did and after one hour and 25 min on phone with technical support they said the phone is good but the problem on our coverage make this issue.So why I paid for service with no service
