Its not a verizon store, but owned by a 3rd party, so theyre limited in what they can do, including not being able to accept trade ins for purchases done online. I would have appreciated knowing this before I waited more than 45 minutes to drop off a trade in.

This Verizon specifically Ty was the most helpful in my experience. This was the best customer service I ever have and he made sure all my devices were completely set up and ready to go before I left the store.

I was in the store twice within two weeks and Jackson and Corey were very helpful and patient. There was another gentleman as well, I cannot remember his name. Honestly, I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never really had a problem.

Went to the store on 5/3/25. Spoke and was assisted by Julian Rodriguez . Thought everything was going well. I have been a customer of Verizon for over 17 years. He told me I didn't qualify for any discounts or offers. My bill has been $500 monthly for years. He said sorry . Then upgraded the phones and assured us we got the best deal. Thought all was good. Get home and later find out that he deactivated my parents phone who lives in another state. Called the store to get this fixed. They said he was busy. He had given me his number for questions not to text he never even replied even though you can tell he read the message. Store manager never called. Tried each day and finally called another store and they told me to call the 800 number. So have 5 hours in the store, 4 hours online with a technician the service was restored. Paid to have that done even though it wasn't my fault. Why can't people just do the right thing. If customers don't matter then quit offering by our number. Oh and guess what so the technician said I do qualify for an educational discount literally cuts my bill in half.... So disappointed that 17 years means nothing . Hope he enjoys his commissions.
