Poor workmanship, even worse Customer Service.They made and installed our sign on our store. We had NO problems with it, until we did.One day it was making an audible creaking noise like an old, heavy barn door that you could hear from inside the building. Upon inspection, multiple welds had broken and it was literally hanging by a weld or two. It's mounted above the walk-in door to our store and we were very concerned it was going to fall on someone.We called them and they were out within hours to pull it down. We were glad they took it seriously. They unhooked all of the electrical to it and had it uninstalled in a couple of hours.The guy who took it down assessed the situation and told us that a new guy did all of the welding and he didn't do a very good job at all. He apologized and said they would get it all fixed up and reinstalled "next week".Two weeks go by and we call just to check in. They said "its been done we are going to get you on our schedule to be reinstalled. If not this week, then next."No problem.2 more weeks go by and we call to check in. They act completely annoyed and say "we don't know when we will be out to reinstall it".Another week goes by and we call again and we are met with the same attitude and they are being non-committal to any sort of schedule at all.I promise up to this point we were not being pushy at all. We were being very understanding and giving them plenty of time and benefit of the doubt that they would get this reinstalled in a reasonable amount of time and with at least some sense of responsibility of making this right. They had a "new guy" weld it, it was poor workmanship to begin with, we did nothing wrong in this situation at all. It was their design, their build, their install and if something goes wrong we assumed they would stand behind it.After a few more days of calls, they finally sent someone out to reinstall it. They show up and prep for reinstall and tell us they will be back tomorrow to reinstall it. They reinstalled it somewhere between 8pm the night before and 8am the next morning. Since they reinstalled it when no one was here, they haven't finished the electrical connections which need to be done on the inside wall.They left painters tape all over everything and the lights aren't reconnected and they are refusing to just wrap the job up.Everyone was great before they got paid for the job. As soon as they got paid and need to stand behind their work they fight you tooth and nail.I'll update this review if it ever gets resolved satisfactorily. But, until then, there are other places in Oklahoma City to get your sign needs met that offer great service. I'd check out another company.

Learn from my experience and look elsewhere if you’re in need of a vehicle wrap. I wasted so much time on their incompetence. They couldn’t keep appointments, had absolutely no follow through, and renderings appeared as though they were made by a small child.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I needed to order some promotional items for my new restaurant and they went above and beyond. I received my items in time for a big event we had and they are great quality. I was so pleased with their work and service that when I needed to put a large lighted sign on my building I went back to them and of course they delivered a quality sign and they had it up and installed way quicker than I expected. I will continue to use them for all of my sign needs!

They have been awesome!!! I would highly recommend them for advertising or commercial signs. The sign they made for me has been durable and has always worked well. Very happy with outcome.

I just started my own business and needed my truck wrapped and some tees/tanks and cups. From the start my salesman was very friendly but the information he gave me was never what actually happened and he never listened to what I wanted in my order or design. I had to keep pushing for what I, the client, wanted. Our wrap dates changed, it wasn't ready when I was told it would be....understanding that things happen, I moved past that and continued to wait for my shirts and cups. What was supposed to be 10 days turned into a month. The tee shirts, after waiting 4 weeks, were only completed due to my consistent calling and stopping by the office. Then...they printed them wrong and presented them to me anyways without correcting them. It was still something I could work with, but I still let them know my disappointment and frustration in hopes that they would correct it. Then after much persistence, and 5 weeks (not 10 days) I received my cups. During my order consultation I had to keep repeating the style and cup that I wanted. I even took in the exact cup for them to order. I had been presented with an order slip to sign and I did so with complete reassurance that it was the exact cup I wanted for my event. I was honestly obnoxious about it as the other staff witnessed cause I was insistent that I did not want this order messed up. At this point I had spent over $5000 with this business. Of course when my cups were delivered they were wrong. I was told a new order had been placed and given a few delivery dates, none of which ever came. 5 days before my event I finally got ahold of the owner, who wouldn't call me back, and he said the salesman no longer worked there and blamed the entire experience on him. I assured the owner that I know defective employees are tough but it's good business to accept responsibility for the person you hired and to help correct the problem. I just wanted a refund at this point. He didn't want to do the refund and with much insistence finally agreed to let me come and pick up the check.....but he only refunded HALF and then left when he was supposed to meet with me and had his poor front desk girl try to explain that he just didn't want to give my money back...even though his employee screwed it up. I would not recommend this business at all. That is not how you treat customers who were patient and understanding and just wanted you to do the right thing. Now I am receiving feedback regarding the wrongly-ordered cups, and the logo etc came off with the first wash so now the cups I incorrectly received cant be sold or even given away.....
