The worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Slow, rude, and not knowledgeable.

Thanks to the incompetence of the Pharmacist, at this walgreens, In which I ordered my zepbound Early enough to get it in in time so I wouldn't be late on taking it because I had been on it 2 months and was getting great results. I had got off Pepsi, potato chips, ice cream and had lost over 10 pounds and because I had to wait 2 weeks because they forgot to order my shots and then we're hateful about it and didn't even tell me I could call around to all the Walgreens and see if they had any in stock so I wouldn't have to wait 4 more days because of holiday but thankfully I called my old Walgreens at cover and she told me and the first Walgreens I called had it in stock and I was able to go pick it up. Unfortunately it set me back I started back on Pepsi and chips because of the craving and now I feel like I'm starting all over again. If anyone struggles with weight u know what I mean. After reading all the negative reviews I don't know why these people r still working at this pharmacy. They got such a bad reputation. I'm really shocked. This was a horrible experience for me.

After reading all the reviews about the rude pharmacist at 2nd & Bryant, I’m not surprised that I had a bad experience as well. The pharmacist is so arrogant and condescending. He wanted to mansplain their process without bothering to listen. I wouldn’t step foot in that store or use that pharmacy ever!! Why does Walgreens keep him? He’s obviously losing business. Use the Santa Fe pharmacy.

To the manager who assisted me with a green card and no drivers license, you are an angel.

Associates were very helpful and kind. Was able to get what I needed for my Mom, per doctors request.

Worst customer service from late night staff. Didn’t want to work and fill a prescription. Kept delaying pickup and it wasn’t busy. They didn’t even have to count the pills as the container was sealed but it took an hour and a half to get it.

DONT COME TO THIS Pharmacy if you have MONTHLY prescriptions w/ refills I have never ever ever ever ever had to go through so much just to get a prescription refilled. And I didn’t have to wait for the doctor to refill it. It had a refill on it!!!!!! I called to get it refilled. I was treated like I was a drug addict! I don’t even get anything that’s even any good! They told me at four in the morning that my prescription would be ready at after 8 PM I said why is it taking you guys 16 hours to refill a prescription that has a refill on it? I will never come back to this pharmacy ever ever ever ever again and I pray that nobody else will. The pharmacist was nice, but the people that worked in the front and answer the phones are So rude that it isn’t even funny. I pray that the manager of this store reads this.

Why do you not ask people to go around if they’re waiting on a prescription? The line doesn’t move and other people suffer because you don’t ask them to go wait in the parking lot.

This is the absolute slowest pharmacy. The staff stands around talking more than working. Very rude and snappy when they finally do get to you, like you're inconveniencing them.

Painfully slow regardless of the time of day. There are multiple people behind the counter but a third of them aren’t actually working. The drive through is far worse than going inside.
Not having anything filled here again.

I am only giving one star because the employee said “I’m sorry.” If I could give zero stars, I would. This pharmacy overpromises and underdelivers, which wouldn’t be a problem except sometimes people need emergency medication filled in a timely manner. If a prescription won’t be ready for an hour, don’t quote the customer 30 minutes. And certainly don’t lie and say you “just got it” when the customer heard you read the names of the prescriptions to them 30 minutes before. Be honest, be up front, manage expectations. Simple and good for business.

Terrible service! I left urgent care with my son who was suffering from double ear infections and had to drive across town to this specific location because it's 24hrs. I got in the drive thru line that was wrapped around the building. 37 min later I get to the window only for the tech to tell me they "just" recieved the script and it would be another hour. I explained that that would absolutely not work seeing that I've been in there line and drive across town .I told him I would wait for the script and them was quoted 30 to 45 min.I then went in to purchase mottin for his pain and the tech at the window says oh your script is ready!?! I'll never go back
