The pharmacy staff at this location are rude, not customer-friendly, and have bad attitudes. They are not interested in troubleshooting problems for customers. I asked a tech to change my Rx discount card at checkout, and the 20 year old tech rolled her eyes. I'm moving my prescriptions to CVS and will drive an extra 1/2 mile—they are cheaper anyway.

Don’t order a prescription here, it will take an insane amount of time that otherwise makes no sense.

Ashlee-Pharmacist went above and beyond to get an urgent [rescue inhaler] prescription transfered and filled before close. PLUS she found a discount coupon that saved us over $500!! 🙌🏼

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy staff very rude. It took over 4 hours for a prescription to get filled. Was told to return. Showed up and Prescription was not ready. Patiently took a seat. Once name was called, staff rudely said to get back in long line although had been there for over an hour waiting.

I arrived at your store at Kelly and Covell around 5:40, waited in line for 20 minutes, only for you to shut everything down as soon as I reached the window at 6:01. I was the last person in line, with a sick child in the car. This is incredibly frustrating. We will only

“I always have a great experience at Walgreens! The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is well-organized, and they usually have everything I need in stock. Do not shop here. They refused to take my sons passport photo because they just didn't want to do it. Take your business elsewhere.

I always pick up my prescriptions here and have had Kaya help me several times. She does an excellent job and is always extremely helpful. Other techs i have dealt with have been rude and unknowledgeable. Give Kaya a raise!!

Coming here you just wait, wait, and more wait. There could just 2 cars in each lane and you wait over 30 mins. The longest wait of literally any establishment ever! It’s been like this for years but you would think they would have figured out this issue by now. I hate coming here but the options are pretty limited in this area. Would avoid if you can find another pharmacy.

The pharmacy at this location is always a complete circus. 45 minutes in line just to get to the front and have a pharmacist or employee be rude to YOU. I can’t recall getting a refill at any time where there is not some sort of issue or screw up on their part. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business.
