If there were an opportunity for zero stars regarding this pharmacy, that's what I'd give them. They have repeatedly made errors regarding my prescriptions and then spitefully refused to fill them when my doc called them out on it. Count your pills before you leave.

This is not the first time, but prescription was supposed to be ready at 9am, but when I arrived at 10am they said they were real busy and it would be another hour. This is the worst run Walgreens pharmacy in Oklahoma City. Avoid it if you can. I’m changing my doctor’s information so I will now use CVS. Wish I could rate this one zero stars.

I picked up my son's prescriptions and his insulin was not in the bag. I tried calling, was on hold for 30 minutes and then was hung up on. I'm on hold again for another 15 minutes and counting. What is wrong with the staff here? People depend on their medication to live. My son is 12 and could die if he doesn't get his insulin.The cruelty at all the Walgreens I have been to lately (including this one) is incredible. Is this how a pharmacy is supposed to treat people in need?

The pharmacist here was helping another patient when I sent my debit card through for a purchase at the drive through. After the pharmacist helped the other patient in the next lane over, they flipped the “pharmacist not on duty” sign on and walked off, causing me to have to spend 30 minutes waiting for them to get back from their lunch with a sick 3 year old in my car just to be able to get my debit card back, since it is illegal for the Walgreens manager to go into the pharmacy without a pharmacist present. It was the single most absent minded or intentionally awful customer service interaction I have ever encountered. I’m writing this review while I wait actually…Cannot wait to tell them directly.

Customer service really lacks at this location. I went in to grab a few things and there were three people at the front counter. A middle aged gentlemen with a long beard talking to a middle aged lady with brown hair. I went up to them to check out and they just looked at me and continued their conversation. So I moved down the other guy at the end and he seemed annoyed to check me out. Wouldn’t even tell me a total or give me my receipt that I just grabbed my stuff after I paid and left without a receipt.

Young female tech today told me my RX was at a different location and suggested I save time by just going there to pick it up (she could have easily asked if I would like to go ahead and get it at the location I was currently at which I wound up getting there) she acted like cancelling a transaction was asking her to give me her blood dna and a hair sample. When I was done she turned her back and walked away saying digital receipt ZERO customer service ZERO competence of what it takes to just be a little friendly towards customers

Terrible! The wait is long and staff is rude. I've been picking up my son's rx here for years yet everytime lately I have to remind them to run it through both insurances. Then the staff act like this really puts them out.

Pharmacy staff did not mix amoxicillin for a toddler’s prescription and gave me two sealed bottles of powder. It’s late in the evening, I spent forever on hold trying to call the store and ask how to mix it myself, but got no answer. The pharmacy tech did not check the medication as I checked out. The pharmacist was training a staff member at another register and not supervising the transactions. My 2 year old son needs to take his prescription before bedtime and I have to HOPE that I’m mixing it correctly. I tried to call the customer service number but the wait time is a half hour. This is beyond frustrating while already dealing with a sick child.

Tired of paying for streaming music? Call this pharmacy! Free elevator music right to your phone! I had 19 minutes of on-hold tunes before I was rudely interrupted by a pharmacist answering the line.

Too long of wait time on the phone. They answered and could hear them talking and then they hung up on me. They prescriptions and wait time at the store is even worse. I really wish someone would do something

This particular location pharmacy service deserves a minus review. All the staffs are very irresponsible and when your prescription is not ready everyone will give you a bs explanation. Finally we are tired and will go to CVS instead. So sad that after even complaining it doesn't get better. It even get worse!!!!

Tell your drive thru Pharm Techs to turn off speakers. We could hear him (a teenager) complaining to the other techs and pharmacist about us and how their customers expect them to solve all our problems. How rude is that? We were from out of town, seeing a doctor in Oklahoma City who had called in a prescription to the Walgreens at 150th and Western for my next day surgery. Not our 1st choice of pharmacies but it was closest to our motel. We had an issue with my prescription that we were discussing over the speakers in outside lane of the drive thru after a 20 minute wait in line because the inside lobby of pharmacy for some reason closed at 6:00pm! Grrr.. The kid was quick to answer, didn’t listen and disrespectful. Turn off the phone speakers! I’m sure there’s a HEPA violation there somewhere! That’s why I never go to Walgreens.
