WalMart has fully converted to a fully Self Serve outlet. Soon I expect to be directed to the Dock to help unload the Delivery Trucks. The Self Check Out is particularly annoying because even though they've been around for decades some people are only now discovering the eternal mysteries of the scanner and are completely befuddled. Add to the mix that there are three or four Clerks lolling around visiting who could be working Check Out. Your time is clearly not a priority with WalMart. The Photo Print Out Booth has been out of order or not functioning properly for over a year now. Even the Clerks the last three times I've tried had no clue what it going on. Its obviously sheer volume that's carrying this outfit, certainly not quality. Actively looking for alternatives. Sometimes cheap isn't so cheap after all.

This store?!??? It's a whole situation! I don't understand how they have no cashiers and everyone is doing self checkout... and I mean everyone! I have two items and several people have thousands of groceries.. this is aggravating. Walmart is a major store I can't believe they don't have enough money to keep cashiers on every register! It's always frustrating to come here!

This place is horrible when it comes to checking out. There are a million cash registers and ONE lane open on a regular basis. I have not been here when there hasn't been lines at least 6 people deep on any open lane. Walmart is pushing to get everyone to do self check out, which, when you have children with you is a NIGHTMARE at times. More than once I've wound up paying for something twice (even though the scale thing should have registered that I didn't put it in the bag), and more often than not some sort of error happens and I have to stand there and wait for a less than enthusiastic person to come help me. Often we are standing in line waiting to check ourselves out and two or three employees are standing around gabbing and take a while to notice we need assistance. I'm a pretty patient and tolerant person, but it is just becoming less and less worth it to me to shop here. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when I recently went in to return an item and was told I'd have to come back another day because there wasn't anyone around that could do a return. No attempt to find someone, no one in customer service, it was so weird. Sure its only a six mile drive to come back but... well, I don't always have that kind of time. Sure, they have everything, but pricing is sometimes difficult to find, assistance is next to nil and having to do self check out just breaks the balance of cost effectiveness for me. I'll stick with Aldi for groceries and Amazon for the rest for the time being. Which makes me sad as we used to do most of our shopping at Walmart.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours for my pick up order, still no sign of a light at the end of the tunnel. What a terrible way to run a business. Don't ever do pick up with this awful awful location.

They should just close this place down at this point PUT A TARGET HERE INSTEAD been waiting for my pick up that was delayed for an hour and half just sat out here for an additional hour waiting for my order. I helped to unload it because damn I want to go home! And it's not like I could call the number in front of me because they have made all calls go to voicemail so seems to me MANAGERS ARE FULLY AWARE. My fault isn't with the employees who don't get paid a living wage it's the lack of competent management. People will do what you let them and if there is no captain you can't blame the sinking ship Just get rid of this place a bring for a target and or sprouts

Worst experience ever! You can shop 5x faster than the time it takes grocery pickup to walk your already shopped groceries out to your car! Waited over an hour in the grocery pickup lot for an order I was told was ready 15min before my allotted time. Customer service here is a joke. They do not value customers here.

We have used this location several times for grocery pickup and have periodically had problems with service. Tonight was the worst, and we will drive further to use a different location from now on. We placed our order for a 6-7 time slot pick up. At 6:00, we received notice our order would be late. No problem--bad weather is coming, and we understand that. At 7:25 we get a notice our order is ready. We go to pick it up and can't even find a parking spot because they are so backed up. Both the phone and the internet are down, so we can't contact anyone. We finally wave someone down and are told that the store chose to hire and place 4 new employees in this section tonight, and none of them are getting along. After awhile, we see a woman who appears to be a manager come out. Rather than pitch in and help, she proceeds to yell at all the kids working. It was the poorest example of "leadership" we have witnessed. Finally, at 9:30, just as we are about to leave, we get our groceries. The young man helping us was pleasant and apologetic, but there was no reason to have waited in the cold for 2 hours to pick up our grocery order. To top it off, when we got home we tried to call the store. Predictably, there was no answer. It will be well worth the drive to get better service in a different location.

This place is that bad! The phone is never answered, so don't try and call. Don't ask an associate for help, because that will annoy them. I can't even blame the associate for their actions because this is coming from the top. My family member works for this location it was treated horribly. I have never seen a business run so poorly. Just stay away from this place! If you want more details, call me, we can meet up for drinks and chat.

I order through the app and it said some of my items were not available....... Out of meet? So I drive up there to find they were just to lazy to get it what's the point in ordering delivery if they just lie about what's available!!! TRASH!!!

This walmart has been the worst walmart i've ever visited in my life. The first deciding incident was at the beginning of COVID-19 outburst. I walked in at 8, they closed at 8:30, I had intended on buying my one item and leaving. The greeter at the door not only made sure to tell me at the front doors that they closed at 8:30 but then followed me around the whole store. That was uncalled for. Second and final incident was when my boyfriend and I were profiled as shoplifters, having MULTIPLE secret shoppers follow us disturbing our shopping experience.

Our second time to use the grocery pickup. Very disappointed. We didn't have a very big order just eleven or so items that we scheduled to pickup between 1300-1400. They did text and say there was a delay. It's now 1615 and here we sit waiting. And waiting. Spending quality time together. On top of that they had a couple items they couldn't fill. These are everyday normal items. This is the last time we'll be doing our part distance ourselves. I could have been in and out of the store seven times.

This store has awful customer service and does not care about their customers. Never do order pick up here unless you order groceries because that's definitely their priority. If I could give a -15 star rating I would. I attempted to pick up an item that had been delayed 6 days before it finally arrived. Checked in. Sat near the pick up tower for over 40 minutes and my items progress never advanced beyond processing..... I was supposed to be able to pick it up until 8pm tonight, but some ignorant associate at this store chose to return my item Wednesday instead, since I hadn't picked it up yet..... no mention in any of their emails about my attempt to pick it up and no apology for my stress and trouble. I will never shop there again or order from Walmart.com..... Sam was a wonderful man, but stores like this one are not living his dream or following his example for customer service.

I ordered groceries for pick up between 7 & 8 pm more than 10 hours in advance. By 7:30 pm I hadn't heard anything about the status of my order besides my Walmart Grocery app saying it was "delayed". I called several times & waited on hold for countless minutes each time. I finally talked to a manager who hung up on me without offering any help. I finally drove there & was told that the pick up closed at 8 & I would have to get my groceries myself. I was taken to speak to a manager who was able to help me get my order pick up, but had no reason as to why I was never notified that my pick up was ready. If you need something from this Walmart, don't even bother calling. It would be more effective to just go in.
