Deli and Bakery hours are incorrect. Website lists the Deli is open until 9 PM, and the bakery until 10 PM. However both were closed before 7 PM.

When checking out, none the register's screen that shows the customer the item ring-up price work so you don't know how much they are actually charging you for any item until they give you the paid receipt. They've not worked for some time now. I will not be going back because I want to know the prices they are actually charging me are the same as marked on the shelf. AND because of the male cashier that LICKS his fingers to open the bag to put your groceries in...how DISGUSTING! and such a HUGH health issue...REALLY...who wants some ones germs and slobbers on their FOOD items? Walmart could at least provide these people with block erasers or bankers ease to help them open the bags except Walmart is likely too greedy to spend a few bucks to keep customers safe (evident by lack of sani-wipes for cart handles.)

Please stop making your employees tell those of us in line with little kids how many self checkouts are open. I need someone to checkout my groceries because I AM taking care of my children. I need your store to take care of ringing up my items. It's part of running a store.

I shopped at the store on 11-30-23 in the mid to late afternoon. I used the self serve cashier for ease and speed of a quick check out. A tall elderly white man was supervising the self serve kiosk lanes. Then suddenly the man started rudely yelling at me.He said, "Its worthless! Its worthless!" I said, " What?" when the man got right into my face and yelled again, "Its worthless!" I was rattled by the ranting and screaming. I then quickly finished bagging my items and immediately left the store. The manager was no where to be seen during the incident. Also, a short middle aged white man was following me around the store while I shopped. However, he kept his distance, but followed me to the check out stand. I already notified the Walmart Corp. Office in Bentonville, AR. Also, I reported the bad behavior to the Edmond Police Dept. for a civil harassment and a noise disturbance offenses. The yelling man appeared to be mentally unsound and very angry. I thought that he might hit me. I had visited the store before and never was treated so badly. It appeared that the grocery store was under new management. Buyer beware.

This is my first time using this locations pharmacy. I called 12 times with no answer. Someone would answer immediately put me on hold for 5 minutes than hang up on me. I understand some businesses are short staffed, but most pharmacies would answer then would say, "Can you hold?" eventually answering. This location pharmacy didn't answer me 11 of the 12, with the exception being they answered only once but still hung up on me. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy in my life. I even called the operator of the location, and guess what? I sat on hold for 30 minutes before someone eventually hung up on me again. Words can't begin to say how pissed I was, and if I could give a negative 3 stars, I would. I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism or basic customer service from this location. I'll definitely be looking for another pharmacy to use in the future. Buyer beware of a pharmacy that can not even answer the phone.
