I'm Louise Carroll. My email is under my husband's name. He is no longer with us. I'm in charge of the car now and I have been to Waterloo Auto twice now to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They have been nothing but kind to me and did a great job. Fast too. I have friends that I recommend Waterloo auto to,and they already knew about them and what a great job they do. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Expressed to the man servicing my van how difficult the air filter cover is. He told me no worries and then when I got home I had to put the air filter cover back on and my lid to my washer fluid is missing. Will not be returning.

Excellent service. As someone who normally changes my oil myself, having these guys do it makes me think I wont change my oil myself anymore. They were quick and fast, It took maybe 20 minutes! I'm impressed. I will be back.

My name is Mark and I could not be more pleased with Tony and his crew, period. I had an AC fan unit replaced a few weeks ago, felt a little rattle in the wheel while driving. Stopped by for an oil change and mentioned it to Tony, looked at it and asked if I could leave it there to be replaced. Guys spent hours on this unit and went with a different brand and when I asked Tony if I owed anything he stated. “Nope, we stand by our work and what we do for our customers.” That my friends is something you do not see anywhere in today’s businesses!! Thank you for taking care of our vehicles.

The guys are lights out fast and knowledgeable. If you need new tires, buy them online, have them delivered to your home and take them to Waterloo Auto Service to get mounted, balanced and installed. I have never had to wait. They always take awesome care of my vehicle.

Called to get break pads changed. "We don't do JUST break pads and I seriously doubt you'll find anybody that does"I then call Hibdons literally right after and whatdya know...they'll do it. ?

Buyer Beware! Shady company. My grandfather was kind enough to help me fix my car that had been overheating (I was thinking it may have been head gasket). Took it in, they looked it over and said replacing water pump and few other things should fix it. $2000 later I got my car back. It ran for a day before it overheated again. So we take it back, just for them to say “Oh yeah, the head gasket is cracked.”My sweet old grandpa was taken advantage of. Do not trust this company to “fix” your car. If we tell them the car keeps overheating one of the FIRST things they should check is the head gasket. Instead this company decided to withhold that information so they could charge my grandpa $2000 for “repairs” that actually didn’t fix anything.
