The Edmond Weokie branch is amazing. The customer service is top notch. Miss Shirley always is extremely helpful and so nice when she helps me. Jordan helped me today and was extremely helpful and nice as well. It's always such a pleasant experience when I go into the lobby. Great job ladies!!!

It was a great experience today transferring my car loan to me as a primary thank you for great help from Edmond team from Ms Brittany at the reception and Ms Jordan who did a good job too and Ms Madison the assistant loan personnel that I talked with made it easier thank you for always had a great service since last year

Do not bank at this place. Branch manager Christie and consultant Allison denied my application stating worshiping at a local church is not enough, but before I applied, the agent confirmed worshipping at the local church is one of the ways I can qualify for membership (it's also listed on their website). They were rude and refused to review that call with the agent. They also never contacted me about the status of my application. I had to call in multiple times.

It shouldn't take 45 minutes to pay off a loan! Your branch manager was rude, the girl that helped me was even more ruder, and the other teller that I asked to help me completely ignored me. Your 5 star reviews are baffling.

Most highest fee bank charge ever! Be aware, they have closing fee $15. Also because I closed another CD (low interest of 2% comparing to Ally Money Market 4.15%) I had to pay another $25 closing fee + 3% penalty of $470.xx. Well, they are sure know how to take money and chase their customers run away from them. Surprised me, when I told the Manager that being charged with such high fees like that, I will never would like to be back, she said nothing, kind of "WHO CARES?"

Walked in and was greeted by receptionist who was very nice. The tellers however seemed to busy and didn't notice me as they seemed "bothered" and too busy to help when all I came in for was to see my loan balance. If you don't Iike your job, work elsewhere. I've never had a bad experience here In the past until recently.

Went into the branch and was told they don’t do online payments, you can online call, come in or mail payment. They then said I can only set up auto pay and I can’t suspend it to make a manual payment myself? How does it make sense to be that difficult? And come to find out you also opened a saving account without my consent? It’s an auto loan, just need to make payments but now I will be taking it to an actual professional business that cares about their clients and their convenience
