if I could give this place, zero stars, I would. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through for a milkshake and a burger. When I get to the window they tell me that the freaking milkshake machine handle is broken so I couldn’t get my milkshake and it was a complete waste of time they didn’t even comp off my food. He told me that the milkshake machine was broken after I had already paid for my food so I couldn’t get a refund. Screw this location and everything it stands for!!

Never ask for sauced from here, whether it's in person or through door dash, they never give them out, save your time and expect to be disappointed

Went to Whataburger to get a patty melt they used to have Swiss cheese. I can't eat the Monterey Jack cheese. It's too spicy for me so the guy on the speaker proceeded to tell me that they don't have Swiss and then the three years that he's been there they never have. It's one thing to tell somebody you don't have it. It's another one to pop off. You cost yourself some business. I won't be back.

Whataburger is always good. Some franchises are rough looking on the inside, and the service can be a little dicey, but the food is always good. This particular one was clean and the staff was very friendly. Jeff was very kind and had a great personality.

Walked in and was greeted and taken care by Jeff, Jeff is asset to this Whataburger he understands how to make the customer welcome and to have a Great visit, oh and the food was Excellent.

Food is the usualService thru the drive thru on Broadway, Edmond was way way scary and ridiculous. They have a woke mentally ill scary looking employee with long sharpened FANGS for teeth and dark black hair handing food thru the window to families. What has this world come to that businesses are now pressured to have to hire people this AND put them on the front lines with the public. I feel really bad for the children who have been told in the past that vampires are not real....only to witness this at a drive thru.

This is a great location. They have better service on the weekends than on weekdays just FYI. Overstaffed on weekends under staffed on weekdays or at least that's what it would seem. Orders always prepared correctly but the price is always usually a little high. You get what you pay for and the food taste good. This is the only Whataburger around this area.
