We went to White Oaks for 4 years with good and bad experiences. Below is what caused us to switch.We couldn't schedule routine and emergency appts within a reasonable time frame. A front desk employee was quite rude multiple times. One of the doctors' shamed us for a bacterial infection that our dog had and for keeping our female intact. The fees were unexpected at times. I was surprised at how many staff members didn't genuinely care about our dog.I hope it becomes more helpful, welcoming, kind, and consistent. There are a lot of good people working there.

Called to ask when they could take in new customers - the receptionist said not for another 4-6 weeks. I asked a couple times just to make sure I was understanding correctly. The receptionist was rude in her response - would not visit this place even if they had earlier availability. Poor customer service.
