So I reviewed this place a while back just simply based on the fact that Angie asked me to fill out a 5-star review. For one, if you have to ask for 5-star reviews to look better to those wanting to lease, you should probably just fix what you’re doing wrong instead. Secondly, the apartments here are okay. When I first moved in, we were guaranteed luxury, and then walked into an apartment that had paint issues, broken fixtures, and a door that can get blown open by the slightest bit of wind if it isn’t locked. Now, we’ve come into the issue where we can’t even decorate our own balcony. I pay almost 1,300 a month just for them to say “it has to be uniform on the outside.” Me personally, if I was looking to lease somewhere and every balcony was plain with just some seating, and I found out that was the reason why, I wouldn’t even think twice about leaving. I pay wayyyy too much to be told I can’t decorate my own balcony. Ridiculous. And before you go saying “well you should’ve read the lease,” or “you’re living there and complaining after renting?” I’ve lived here for almost 2 years, and I had never had a problem with decorating my balcony until they put this new staff in. Personally, I miss the old staff. They kept up with maintaining the outside of windrush without disturbing their residents or making them take things down when it’s no longer convenient for them. But whatever, the staff are nice, the apartment living is fine, but having to pay an insane amount and then be told what I can and can’t have up, is just bizarre. If that’s the kind of place yall want, windrush is 100% for you.

Kevin and Angie are extremely nice, polite and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and in a wonderful location!

Not only did Jackie and Kevin help me figure everything out through one of my biggest transitionary periods, but Jackie stayed after they closed finalizing my paperwork and really going above and beyond to make sure I got into a safe, secure, clean home. We went through and toured and there was only one issue I saw and before I even moved in they got it fixed! The community is a gem for Edmond. Particularly, I am excited to use the sauna, the indoor basketball course, and the on site gym. Above and beyond across all forms.

I just want to encourage anyone considering Windrush Apartments to make your own decision. You can’t please everyone, and reviews don’t always tell the whole story. I happened to call today (by mistake, actually), but it ended up being the most pleasant part of my day!
I spoke with Jacklyn (apologies if I’m spelling that wrong), and she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She didn’t mind listening to an old man rant for a bit, and that meant a lot. If the apartments are anything like the people representing their name, then Windrush must be a perfect place to call home.
I only regret that I’ve already signed a lease somewhere else — but when that’s up, I’ll definitely be reaching out again!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with my new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment! From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The space is bright, modern, and spacious, with plenty of room for all my furniture and personal touches. The layout is perfect, and the bathrooms are beautifully designed — I especially love the sleek fixtures and the water pressure in the shower!
The kitchen is a dream to cook in, with updated appliances and plenty of counter space. Plus, the building’s amenities are top-notch, making it feel like I’m living in a luxury hotel every day. It’s quiet, clean, and feels like home already.
I also want to give a huge shout-out to Kevin in the office. He has been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. From helping with the application to answering all my questions during move-in, he’s always been professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to encounter such excellent customer service, and Kevin made my transition so much smoother. If you’re considering moving here, know that you’ll be in great hands!
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment. I’m beyond happy with my decision!

They're disgusting apartments. I've been without a dryer for two weeks, and it's impossible that they can't solve this problem. The manager says they don't have staff; that's not my problem. They should be trained to solve these types of problems for their tenants. Today, Saturday, October 11th, they gave me a key to an empty apartment so I could go dry my clothes there (as if I had all the time in the world). I absolutely do not recommend it. The rent is high, and the apartments themselves aren't modern; they're old. There are many details, the furniture is old, it breaks down very often, and they only come to fix it. They really need a massive renovation in all the buildings.

It’s toke over 48 hours to get our water leak issue resolved and the call ai never lets us through to talk to anyone it always hangs up or is just a horrible experience overall the property is filled with mold and every time we say anything to Angie she always plays like she has no idea and she is rude and a liar she should never work for this position again and should be removed immediately doesn’t do walk arounds the complex at all the sign was broke when I moved in and still never fixed and the mold has caused us so many health problems is unreal lucky someone hasn’t died in these units yet very unsafe and unprofessional horrible experience all around if I could give a lower rating I would

Currently am renting a two bedroom apartment at Windrush Apartments for the last 6 months Absolutely love it! Of course there will be a few small issues of maintenance here or there but the managers have always been on top of it! The leasing office clerks/managers and maintenance workers have always been so helpful, friendly and beyond great. Huge shout-out to Stephanie Marshall for always having time for me with anything I need help with! She's an amazing person! Stephanie listens to every word she's is incredibly genuine and understanding. If anyone is looking for an apartment complex in Edmond I highly recommend the Windrush. Nothing but good things!

Very satisfied with the maintenance department here. When i moved in a few things went wrong like you would imagine at a rental, such as my fridge going out and my dishwasher being old/not working properly. But I was very happy with the way Bailey at the maintenance department handled both issues, I was upgraded to a brand new fridge and a brand new dishwasher! Overall very happy with my experience living here, mostly due to the way maintenance requests are handled.

The only good thing about this apartments is they are fast maintenance response, other than that when they say they are going to fix your problem with anything for example, somebody else overstepping your parking that you pay for and you come and complain 3-4-5 times in a row they said they will do something, but they never do. I would watch out after you are moving out to make sure you read your lease and everything and make sure your apartment is spotless because they will charge you for after move out cleaning like insane. The only good thing is pricing would not go there again.
