I truly appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff! The ladies are always so professional and sweet. Chris handled my account and kept me updated every step of the way—I never had to call to ask for an update. When I mentioned that my rental car had to be returned, Chris said he’d inform the team and they’d do their best to get my vehicle ready sooner. While I appreciated his effort, I didn’t think they’d actually manage to finish ahead of schedule. Boy, was I wrong! The team had my car ready 8 days before the promised date—truly incredible!
The work done on my vehicle was absolutely out of this world—I almost didn’t recognize my truck! On top of the outstanding repairs and service, the team went above and beyond by detailing the interior as well. I didn’t pick up a dusty or uncared-for vehicle; instead, they returned it in pristine condition, both inside and out. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service were top-notch. I’m so impressed that I’ve already scheduled more work with them! Highly recommend this amazing team!

People over there are amazing to work with! Had two separate incidents that’s not even our fault. Lowe’s staff broke our rear window by loading materials. They took responsibility for it and would pay for it. Another one was a hit and run in the parking lot by someone unknown. Had no choice but use my own insurance to file claim on it to get it repaired. After dealing with glass shop in okc metro getting several quotes and then collision shop for the hit run. Out of all visits and collecting quotes. El Reno Gerber & collision took the time and listened, showed compassion, assured us it’ll be taken care of. Was given estimated completion would take around 3 weeks for both repairs and dealing with two different insurances. They went above and beyond with their services and was able to get the repairs done in 2 weeks instead of 3. Felt like I got a brand truck all over again. I’d send my family and friends to this shop if they needed help. Thank you! 😉❤️

We had two cars repaired for hail damage and both times Gerber got the work done earlier than what they had estimated and even the time frame was fine but they got us take care of in a big way.
Chris handled our claims with no stress for us and I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in El Reno to anyone.

Called the number and went through this long drawn out process from their call center only to find out this El Reno shop doesn’t do glass. You should probably take down the glass part.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with EVERY aspect of this experience -- from booking the initial estimate through the final pick-up. I appreciated the text messages all along the way keeping us updated on the status. Every time I spoke to anyone, each person was very helpful, patient, professional, and kind. The work was completed ahead of schedule (which was incredible considering the supply chain issues AND that this all fell during Christmas and New Years)! Our car is beautiful (INSIDE and OUT)!!! I told the manager that it hasn't looked that pretty since we drove it off the dealer lot. I was dumbfounded that they had actually cleaned the inside -- what a great surprise. I was also thrilled with the way that they directly worked with our insurance company. It was truly a painless experience. I will forever recommend Gerber Collision and Glass!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Heck of a crew they got working here at the El Reno location. Qualitly work and excellent communication and updates throughout the entire process of getting your vehicle back on the road and properly repaired. From the management to the customer service reps and the men and women doing the repairs, they get an A++ from me!
