We had a claim on our homeowners insurance. The claim process was very smooth. State Farm communicated often and answered all of my questions and advised where we were at every step in the process.

Went in to talk about changing agents. Was very pleased after talking with them in the office. Requested to change and have them as my agents. This is a nice office and they seem to be very friendly and helpful and polite. I think they will be good agents and we will be happy with them. We will be back.

Four years ago, I switched to Allstate when my agent with Farmer's Insurance decided to go into another field of work and I was moved to another agent without being given any notice. A close friend of mine recommended Cody Diffee with Allstate, and ever since I have been extremely pleased with the service he provides for my home, auto, and liability umbrella policies (The multi-policy discounts are amazing!) Cody Diffee made it very easy to change carriers four years ago, to take my daughter off our policy when she came of age this past year, and he was able to write her a new and reasonably priced policy that is perfect for a young adult who is just starting out. In the past, we had to make claims for one car accident and more than one towing service through Allstate, and both types of needs were handled efficiently and effectively with professionalism and kindness. When our rates increased last year, Cody took the time to explain why. All of these transactions have been handled by telephone because Cody Diffee's office is located in El Reno and not once have I needed to drive there to transact insurance business. I recommend Mr. Diffee wholeheartedly!
