My phone was saying call failed no sims I went to the store and Darrell was working and he done everything in his power to get my phone working and within 30 minutes he had my phone working again he is definitely doing an AMAZING JOB!

Went in to set my son up with his first phone line ever for his 13th birthday. LaNina was so knowledgeable and professional and upbeat and full of positive energy. She even went the extra mile and downloaded his new apps and updated his iphone for him.She was multitasking and taking care of another customer at the same time and never skipped a beat.It made the entire experience fun. I almost offered her a job to come work for me.Her customer service skills are top notch!I highly recommend going to see her for all of your Cricket needs!!!You will be treated so friendly, and taken care of quickly and thoroughlly!Thank you for the positive vibes and all of your help LaNina!You made my Son's birthday shopping experience fun!

My husband just went into the cricket in el reno Oklahoma to PurchaseA new cell phone for me due to mine being broken. I was on video chat while he was buying the phone. I want to give a huge thank you to the Employee Chris for doing such amazing job. His customer service skills are 100 percent percent. Thats what I love to see and to be treated like family. Keep up the good work chris. Also he knew so much about every phone I had asked about. Never once said I'm not sure. I really wanted the A32 but it was sold out so he pointed me to the next best phone witch was the Motorola G stylus. Thank you for being so kind and amazing chris.?
